I tried to sell 2 tickets out of 4 i had bought. My husband and i had to go away on business but i knew i still had 2 tickets so i sent my son and daughter. They raced hone from.uni, got changed and rushed into the city to be turned away. Somehow all 4 tickets had gone. They stood there trying to fix it and calling me in hong kong before giving up and going home. What a total disaster. We wont be going down this road again...ever! And my kids never want to go back to the lyric what a completely unpleasant disaster...and it was my sons 21st present to absolutely put the boot in !

It was initially slightly difficult to understand how to list a ticket sale, and I felt I had to go about three to four links deep to get that information. However once I found the right info, it was very easy to list the resale and I felt I was kept up to date by Ticketmaster very well on the process.

You don’t get your money until 2 weeks after the event has taken place, I would’ve sold the tickets a different way if I knew that was the case.
