first time I have ever used this service and cant believe how easy it was. the tickets sold the first day I put them on the site and the money went thru exactly when they said it would

I sold a few tickets on the site.. Easy access, clear instructions and received the money within the said timeframe.. The tickets were sold within seconds !

Happy with the service, quik and simple to use. Easily connects with Ticketmaster and very convenient for last minute sales.

TM Resale is a very helpful outlet when you need to sell event tickets. They provide a quick and easy service so you don’t have to worry about anything. The service cost is a little too high, in my opinion.

Slight technical issues trying to upload the ticket to your website once it was sold but in general it was a fairly easy process

All good. First time user and was very happy, although the time taken for the money paid for my tickets took about 2 weeks to come through to my account. Not sure why it needs to take that long in this day and age.

Was happy to have sold the tickets... was a little tricky as i didn't get a PDF upload section so had to email the customer service team a few times to make sure the buyer would get tix in time for the show.

After a bit of back and forth we got there in the end!

All in all a great way to sell tix for gigs you can't go to!

Heaps reliable on both ends. I’ve been both buyer and seller and I’ve had very positive and efficient experiences through both. The only issue I had is that I didn’t receive my money after selling my tickets for a good 10 days...sort of wish the money would be deposited sooner?

Transaction was easy to sell my spare ticket, would use again.

I put a concert ticket for sale on there website. The website clearly states if you do not need to sell the tickets at any point you can login and cancel sale. I sold the ticket via gumtree not long after listing for sale on ticketmaster. I attempted to login to cancel the ticket advertise however they had blocked my IP address preventing me from doing so. When attempting to access I was given a notice prohibited. They then sold the ticket despite me being unable to access site to cancel. They charged me a $201 fee despite my protest that it is there fault that i could not access the site. I would never recommend ticketmaster to anyone

Was happy to use Ticketmaster Resale , the tickets sold very quickly. Concert was on the 9th June , tickets sold on the 8th June. Unfortunately being paid for these tickets is another story. Absolutely woeful service. I was aware of the 7 to 10 Business days after the even of being paid my funds. 2 emails later i still haven't been paid . Have been told it can take up to 30 days. Been told now that the payment will now be approved and has been forwarded to the Finance team . It should not take these long to get my money . I would never use this service again going by this experience.

I’ve bought a resale ticket but would like to sell it on Ticketmaster resale but there’s no option for that on my account and also when you try to contact them there’s no send button to click so impossible to talk with them if you have any problems or questions.

dealing with ticketmaster resale was good, but I believe when a ticket is listed for resale it should show up on the ticketmaster website as being available for sale so that people purchasing tickets don`t avoid that ticket because it appears as though it is already sold.
