i came off my motorbike and injured…

i came off my motorbike and injured myself. the bike was damaged but still rideable although i was not able to ride it due to injury. when i contacted yourselves to request assistance i was told i was not covered as it was myself that was injured and not the vehicle.

From what you’ve described, your policy provides cover for accident damage to the vehicle, but it does not include a chauffeur service. Good efficient service on the phone.

I was offered a discount off the original quote. The two people l have spoken to on the phone recently have been very pleasant and helpful. When l came to pay, the lady took my card details instead of putting me through to the automated payment, because l sometimes find that doesn't work.
