we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express
we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Oregon Ohio. Checked in on Friday night. Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Was a mix up checking in, with card. Used a card to reserve the rooms, supposedly thru Booking.com. Had to use other card to check in. When reserved rooms were suppose to be $636 for the 2 rooms for 2 nights.
Was charged $450 for 1 room and $415 , plus $25 three times. My card was charged for $940 dollars total, 5 different charges. I was told there was a $125 charge for each room in case of damage. and that I would be reimbursed. Those charges were taken off, then today my bank was charged $415.66 for each room, total of $831.32. This is $195.32 more than original price. Tried calling to get this taken care of. Called the Hotel direct, was told that they did not charge that. but yet it was taken from my account. The young woman I talked to, basically called me a liar, and I asked to talk to her boss, I was told she was not available at this time. So I asked when she would be available, and was told they could not tell me. HOW CONVIENT. She told me I would have to call booking .com to complain, Then the girl hung up on me.

Also, I specifically asked, and was told by Lionel that there was an airport transfer provided for the Hampton on Jarvis street in Toronto. There was not. They entered my wrong information
When I called in and gave all of my information they spelled my name incorrectly and I wasn't able to identify that until they sent me a text message. When I tried to call back to get them to correct my name they said that they could not change my name in the system and I would have to call the hotel.

Very bad customer service. The room carpet doors were dirty and old. They made me sign a contract for my car when i reserved a room and then when i was checking out noticed someone broke my car”s mirror and when i asked them to provide with the camera footage they denied to help
Shuttle took forever
Shuttle took forever. Hotel is noisy and lots of light when trying to sleep. Booking took awhile due to airplane and airport internet. Not a great way to celebrate my birthday! Stuck in Dallas

I believed that I was contacting the hotel directly. Not a third party. I was not advised of their $18 fee, then they made a mistake, ralli, they booked my room for a different day. And instead of correcting their mistake and refunding my money, they were so unhelpful and being someone on disability, I couldn't afford to pay for my room a second time and ended up sleeping on the streets for the first time in my life.

I stayed here recently and what should of been a great stay turned out to be a bunch of trips to the store. I called before my travels and was given wrong information about the room. I had asked about cookware do they provide or should i bring my own. I was told that they have them but could bring my own if i like. When i got there the room has an induction stove and it would not work without special pots. Which i found out when I got there. Then I was told I could buy them at Walmart because they was out of them so i couldn't rent them. I had to buy pots and pans to cook. Room could be really nice if staff would take care of it properly. The Biggest problem for me is that the bedding was dirty black hair and brown stuff all over it the quilt which was covered by a cover up and a French fry under the sheet. The floor was dirty black hair on the floor near the bed. I was very upset I went to desk and asked for clean sheets. Staff was very rude. And no one available after 8pm for help with anything.

The room was nice and clean. I feel like when we checked in we should have been told the hours of the pool, the restaurants available and the shuttle service should have been explained. We did not know anything since this was our first time at this hotel. I believe the person at the check in desk missed the opportunity to advertise the amentities of their facility.
