We rented from Dollar rent a car thru ReservAway.com and all was well. It was the best price and they were ready for us when we came. Our agent was great, she gave us just what we asked for without trying to up sale us on insurance and other things we didn't ask for.

We were given bad advice and ended up paying double plus the first booking at the airport because there was a problem so in all I think we paid nearly £500 for something advertised at around £150. The holiday was a birthday present to my partner who got very distressed by all of the messing around and extra payments when we arrived

Poor coordination with local car rental agency. Overcharging by local car rental agency claiming all rates were in US dollars rather than Canadian dollars.

Almost got scammed by the agency. They told me that the insurance I took from Reseraway was not applicable, that I had to pay an extra fee of €100 if I wanted to benefit from the save coverage of guarantee I paid to Reserway, and that in case of damages it would be my responsibility to get my money back. No way.

Great car ordered automatic got that but hybrid also great bonus..Just one thing I checked in online 2 days before but I was waiting nearly an hr to pick my car up and they needed all my documents again..and she had to hand write the contract most unusual...although they where quite helpful...

First time user of ReservAway and was skeptical. The process turned out to be easy and the rental worked out exactly as explained. I was informed about the voucher and deposit although I never needed to show it/use it. Pickup and drop off with Dollar was smooth too. Good Price.

Disabled customer refused car and humiliated at Dublin Airport
I had an extremely distressing experience with Alamo at Dublin Airport and feel it’s important to warn other travellers—especially disabled customers.
I arrived to collect my rental vehicle having already paid the required deposits using two credit cards, a method I have used successfully with Alamo on previous occasions. Without any prior notice, I was suddenly told at the desk that only one credit card could now be used. This requirement was not communicated at the time of booking.
What made the situation far worse was the behaviour of the staff. In front of other members of the public, I was questioned about my ability to afford the rental. This was humiliating and completely inappropriate. I was visibly upset, yet no attempt was made to help me or offer an alternative solution.
As a disabled customer, being refused the vehicle and left stranded at Dublin Airport due to an unannounced policy interpretation was both distressing and unacceptable. No reasonable accommodation was offered, and there was a total lack of empathy or professionalism.
This experience caused significant emotional distress and disruption to my journey. I would strongly advise other disabled travellers to exercise caution when booking with Alamo at Dublin Airport, as my experience fell far below acceptable customer service standards.

Booking went fine, but ,my flight was delayed which is quite common at Krakow airport and wasn't able to inform the local hire company I had booked straight away due to being st 30000ft.
Without my knowledge after a hour after the booking time my rental is cancelled and no refund given.
I had to book another car elsewhere as the original hire company would let me have the same car but charge again at three times the cost.
When I got back I informed Reservaway but ultimately according to them it's not their problem and it's past the time they want to do anything about it.
Point to note I had paid for the car and extra insurance upfront and yet wasn't allowed to have the rental because I was late and no option of picking it up a bit later.
Needless to say book through this company and you're on your own.
So got a reply as seen.
An hours grace period, handy when your more than a hour late in a plane and no signal.
No help from reserve away. You're on your own with this and good luck.
Will be going to the BBC with this to highlight these pitfalls and the company.
