Resi Reviews 

As part of our journey with Resi we were required to have a Measured Survey. This was carried out by Amelia who advised us of the process as she carried out the survey. She was very communicative and respectful with us and carried out her work very professionally. The end result was amazing and we are sure this will be of great help to her colleagues as we move forward with our plans.

This is my second experience on a project with Resi and so far it is just as good as the first. I have been working with Esmerald at the concept stage and he has been consistently prompt with his work on my design and his responses, as well as helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff at Resi were generally helpful. However, there is a particular staff Alysha who was supper nice and helpful.

Alysha made my journey with Resi effortless and enjoyable. She was very polite always responsive and ready to assist. She checked up on me almost every week with a phone call to see if i had any question or clarifications about the Project whilst assisting with suggestions. Alysha's conduct has clearly left a positive impression on Resi's performance and competence in their service delivery.

We appointed Resi to work on the plans for our ground floor extension: we'd had designs initially created in 2020, but paused the project due to budget. Once we restarted the project, we needed plans updated to reflect a change of materials and consider other adjustments needed.
Here I will mention that I wasn't initially thrilled with Resi - the first stage of the project with them was a little confused, and I'd recommend anyone using them in a similar situation to be very clear about the initial brief: there was some miscommunication in the early stages and misunderstanding about what was required and expected, which seemed to occur as the project was briefed between teams. I doubt this issue occurs if you're using Resi from the start, but do ensure you're clear on what each stage entails if you're working on a similar project.
However, I am still happy to offer five stars as I have had such a fantastic experience with Andrew Sutherland, who created our plans for the building regulations stage. Andrew is incredibly knowledgable and I have found his insight and expertise invaluable as he's worked on our project: one element that I found most useful is that I predominantly worked directly with Andrew and at each stage he's taken time to explain any elements I was unsure about or needed guidance on. He created the plans, alongside his team, efficiently and was happy to work in a collaborative way with other parties involved. Thank you Andrew!

Very good experience with Resi overall. We have now gone through the whole cycle from initial brief to completed build. Special thanks to Andrew Sutherland on the buildings regs side, who was immensely helpful and responsive.

I just received approval for the planning permission for my loft conversion and the process is so smooth and quick. Resi's team is so amazing and professional. They came up with the design based on my requirements and prepared all the application materials so quickly within 2-3 weeks and the materials are so professional, detailed and nice that the approval is granted <1.5 months without any further additional amendment. It is really challenging in this conservation area. The architect Alberto and his team have done a fantastic job. We also want to specially thank you Laura and she was so nice and patient to wait and follow up with us tirelessly for about a year before we can start and make this application. Thanks also Ted and others for your support. Your team and company is really impressive!

The office reception staff have been so poilte in passing me through to Mr Andrew Sutherland in a very short space of time.
Andrew has been very helpful in providing the necessary responses with high speed. We have been working on some challenging drainage issues where the location and material of the pipes was unknown. This has enabled us to press on with out causing any interruption to the work program. Thank you to the team Graham

The whole team were great from start to finish. We had a very difficult planning officer but RESI persevered and we eventually achieved full planning permission.

We have been working as an approved contractor with Resi since May 2022, we have so far completed 5 jobs with 2 more in progress. We have been involved with Resi now for about 2 years and are in a very fortunate position of being one of the selected building companies Resi use as part of their connect team. I have to say that they make the whole process, whether it be their clients or a building company easy to work with. The Portal which they are constantly updating and improving for both sides is very easy to use and very professional. Apart from very good customer service and the architectural front end, they have a great back up team who are always on hand when and if issues arise. I do want to mention the Resi Connect team lead by Olivia, is first class. It makes the life of contractors so much easier using the service. I do want to say a special thank you to Zara & Hafsa who are a pleasure to work with – chirpy, always happy to help and keep us updated at every stage in a client process.
