Have ordered twice from here and although I've received the items, they've have arrived with some sort of defect. I previously ordered a pair of expensive heels and the bottom had marks indicating they had been previously worn. I recently placed an order for Ginori plates and firstly, part of my order was cancelled and secondly, the plates that arrived, had marks on the bottom again. I provided pictures in both scenarios and received a very small refund but it is quite frustrating to receive items that are less than optimal condition. Quite honestly, I was expecting a higher refund for the experience. Thankyou.

Nothing went wrong just shopping experience wasn’t amazing. But your shop return policy is way too expensive for me as a customer to swallow.
The sizes of the item weren’t correct in the item description hence I had to return. The return cost me 30% of the returned item price. How can this be a good experience???

Beware import tax!
Very happy with the 2x jumpers ordered. However, very unhappy with the fact that I had to pay import tax (£76) which increased the overall cost by 1/3. I was not notified of this extra charge until my order was confirmed. Will not be purchasing from here again.
