Customs and excise tax not completely clear on website, nor is it fully stipulated within terms and conditions of sale. It is mentioned on the website but the amount of tax that is likely to be paid should be mentioned on checkout. £160 paid £50 tax, the goods across this website should take into account all taxes depending on country of purchase. I would not have purchased the items if the tax implications where made clear.
No complaints and reconciliation process. This is pretty standard across other EU and global retailers.

Nice Legitimate Boutique but Needs to Pay More Attention to Logistics for International Deliveries
I would give 5 stars but the problem is my address was given to the fedex incomplete so when it arrived in Istanbul, it stayed there for some time, I realised later in the tracking info, fedex noted “incorrect address” so I called them up and fixed the issue. 4 stars to fedex for not calling me when the address is wrong, 4 stars to coltorti for not properly giving the address to fedex.

At my wit's end
I have ordered the same order 7 times and it keeps getting canceled on their end. I have tried different payment methods to no avail. I called my bank to make sure they weren't rejecting the transaction, and they told me it was Coltorti's system. I've reached out to customer service and they have provided no real solution that has worked. This is the worst experience and I will not be shopping on this website again. I understand the need to protect against fraud, but when your system is constantly denying transactions that have been approved by your bank, there's no reason why my order should keep getting canceled. Absolutely absurd.

Great jacket ruined by dreadful packing …
The box was sealed with its original tape.The wrapping paper inside was already torn open.The Ralph LaurenJacket’s plastic garment bag was ripped. The jacket had been removed and when replaced just crushed inside. The jacket is wonderful but will need to be professionally steamed to get the creases out.

Overall the service was very efficient and I got a timely response when I wanted to make a return: however the import costs were very expensive and not clearly highlighted when I made the purchase; and as a result I will be c.£100 out of pocket as a result of returning the items. Very good service but beware of the costs of Brexit!
