Tried disputing with CC and didn’t get my money back even with proof of the guarantee, etc. You do NOT get what is advertised and you will NOT get any extras you pay for! I paid for a lot of extras and only received the initial guide download. 1000% SCAM!!!
I ordered books along with a mystery box of resin materials on April 1st. It is Order#RESINART42606. I have received no information on when/how I am supposed to receive my mystery box items, what is in it or any kind of tracking information. I want to purchase more resin supplies from another source as they're currently on sale and need the mystery box details ASAP so I don't duplicate any materials in there. If there are no mystery boxes being mailed to me then I need my $9.99 USD refunded ASAP.

A resinartguide.com advert popped up on one of my gaming apps promoting a 100% off sale. The thing that caught my attention is that it's claiming a 4.5 out of 5 star rating from "thousands of customers" using the GREEN STAR icon that we all associate with TrustPilot. They don't state that the reviews are from TrustPilot but the message is very clearly implied. Upon further investigation, I was unable to find ANY 3rd party reviews including Google even. I searched on TrustPilot and found that the website is listed but there is no activity for this company at all. Based on my very limited research and the sheer shadiness of it all, I will NOT be signing up for the "free" resin art guides.
