I really enjoy using Respondent! It’s a great platform that lets me take part in a variety of interesting projects and activities — and I get paid for it, which makes it even more fun. It’s a service I truly appreciate and have been using with satisfaction.

If I had to mention one thing I like a bit less, it’s that payments are no longer made directly to PayPal. They’re now sent through prepaid cards, which is less convenient for me. I used to prefer PayPal because I could use the money however I wanted. I really hope Respondent brings that option back in the future.

Other than that, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Respondent to anyone interested in joining research projects and earning rewards!

Respondent.io is a very reliable platform for finding research studies. The interface is easy to use, projects are varied and interesting and payments are always processed quickly through PayPal. I appreciate how professional and straightforward the whole experience feels and it’s a great way to take part in studies while being fairly rewarded for your time.

I’ve had a good experience with Respondent; at the beginning I received payments faster and they were through PayPal (which is my preferred payment method), but now they are made via gift cards. All the projects I’ve completed have been paid, but someone close to me told me that one of their payments was not processed. To conclude my feedback, I would honestly like to see more interviews available in my area so I can have more opportunities to contribute.

Thanks to Respondent, I’ve been able to earn a bit, everything is on time, never had problems with payout or a project. It’s rare to get selected—usually only when the project targets the Polish market. I also have an issue with verifying my work email, since my employer blocks access to the Respondent website, and I can’t log into my work email on my personal computer. Another downside is the recent change in payouts—now you can only use PayPal for payments under $20.

Amazing website and brilliant pay! the site has lots of interesting projects and the pay is extremely fair! The only thing stopping me give an easy 5 star is their recent removal of Paypal payments and not making in an option when cashing in via tremendous. When you do claim a gift card though it is instant which is appreciated! but please bring back Paypal!!

The studies come from reputable organizations, and payments are always prompt. Most rewards are provided through gift cards, which can be a bit limiting depending on your country. However, there are also options to cash out via PayPal or bank transfer in some cases, which adds flexibility. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy platform.

To add on the incentives, the platform offers insights on newly developed technology and innovations enhancing knowledge and also gives a sneak preview of what to expect in the fast changing IT field.......PS you should consider maintaining paypal as part of incentive payments. tremendous limits us to very few options!!

Well I signed up, gave a substantial amount of personal data and then waited and waited... All I got was notification that rewards would be subject to a 5% fulfillment fee and that payment would not be via PayPal but gift cards, so a very disappointing first impression. Having taken multiple screeners but never been invited to join a paid survey I decided to close the account and delete my data, but that doesn't appear possible. There are better options out there!

Absolute rubbish. I took part in a 30-minute survey about new features of the Swisscom chatbot. This was supposed to be remunerated with 60 dollars.
After successfully completing the survey, I suddenly received an email saying that my reward could be redeemed. This didn't make sense, as my PayPal details were stored in my profile. One step later, it became clear that this survey could only be redeemed with gift cards or a digital Visa card. (Which, of course, was not communicated in advance.) I immediately suspected a scam and the collection of personal data. Conclusion: Neither the digital Visa card nor the vouchers could actually be converted into monetary value. Save yourself the trouble. I believe in karma. All these scams on the internet will catch up with fraudulent people sooner or later.

It used to be really good. You could earn quite a bit of money, and the payouts were reliable via PayPal. Until Respondent switched to payment via vouchers. You get vouchers that are unusable. If that were to change again, I'd be keen to participate again.

Hello I received a gift card of supposedly$40 from Respondent yet from this platform however only after the study was I noticed about $38 instead of the $40. Also only after was I told about being paid via giftcard with no options other than Apple, Uber or VISA but the VISA was not to be transferred to my already existing VISA card instead it creates a virtual one?!I already have that dont need another one to be limited top shop online .That is not my intention.I should be able to be paid transfer either via paypal or transfer to my own account ...that is only flexible to you not p who do the studies and are paid however YOU want and is better to you.Not fair and dishonnest towards us

I have been using Respondent for close to 5 years now off and on and recently my experience with them has been very frustrating and brought me to writing this review. My PayPal was hacked a couple of days before I was due to be paid for 2 surveys. I immediately reached out via email and asked to update my PayPal email and both of my payments were rejected which they told me would have to happen before they could resend. This happened MAY 15TH!!! It is now July 25th and I have only gotten one of the payments and as of now the person who I have been emailing has stopped responding to me. This is completely unacceptable especially when they charge on top of it to send to PayPal. I will not sign up for anymore studies and have told my friends to be hesitant as well as I wasn’t aware of so many bad experiences until seeing on Reddit and here about people’s issues with getting paid.

I had a terrible experience with Respondent. After completing a project and being promised a reward, I found out that I couldn't redeem my payment via PayPal as advertised. The reward was supposed to be sent through Tremendous, but Respondent suddenly canceled it without any clear reason. I contacted their support team multiple times, but received no helpful response or solution.

It's very frustrating and feels like a waste of time and effort. I would not recommend Respondent to anyone who is looking for a reliable way to earn rewards. Their lack of transparency and support is extremely disappointing.

Apparently, I was supposed to redeem this as an incentive from platforms that I know nothing about. I tried to reach out to them, and they didn't respond. I contacted Tremendous, who referred me back to Respodent. Respondent said they can't help me!

I've had a great experience using Respondent. The platform offers legitimate, high-paying research studies, and the application process is straightforward. Payments are processed quickly via PayPal, and the opportunities are diverse. While studies can be competitive, it's worth applying if you meet the criteria. Where to start.

I opened an account about 10 months ago. In all that time I had ONE successful interview for $40.
Most of the referrals I had sent were inappropriate despite repeatedly "fixing" my options and emails. They also failed to send any interviews and kept deleting my work email and then asking me for it on a weekly basis, without which, I didn't qualify for many trials.
They also ONLY USE PAYPAL as a source of payment which is problematic in itself as I had many issues with that company.
Finally, I decided to delete my account but as Customer Service are the only people that can do this and they are impossible to contact - zero contact details - the only option was to delete all my details and hope for the best.

Summary: Inept, unreliable and a pointless waste of time.
