New bathroom fitted. Two week timeline started and finished at agreed dates. Included a plan from bathroom suppliers they use. All trades involved did an A1 job creating a modern clean eye catching new bathroom. Richard keeps in contact throughout and anytime you need something he’s on it straightaway. Nothing was any trouble for those individual trades people.
Very happy with the work.
Going to use the company for more work next year. 👍

I wanted a plumber for 2 jobs and Richard turned up the very next day. One of the jobs was a bit bigger than expected but he sorted it all out very quickly and I’m really happy.

A new bath screen was fitted within minutes. Richard and his colleague were mindful of my accessories, they moved them out of the way to prevent them from getting dirty/damaged.

The guys were punctual, professional and friendly. They were in at 8am and had all the radiators flushed, bled, valves changed and new smart thermostat system changed and running by lunchtime.
Heavily recommended.

From start to finish, Richard and his team were top notch. Richard was very communicative throughout the project, keeping me fully informed of progress and decisions needed. He has a great team who seem to be at the top end of their trade - and they were all very pleasant to have in our house. Would unreservedly recommend them.

Richard and Mark were not only very professional, courteous and friendly, but went out of their way to resolve the awkward problem of fitting a WC onto a vertical waste pipe despite the design of the WC not allowing for this. A case of "thinking outside the box".

Richard and Mark arrived with all the necessary tools and materials, the work was carried out to a high standard and the bathroom was left clean and tidy.

At very short notice, turned up and fitted replacement shower. Neat job, no mess. Very pleased.
