Response Security 1 

I have now got two battery fails. Today the direct debit was paid and immediately returned. I guess they are out of business now. Is there anyone else able to take over the system or replace batteries - If there is any point in doing that.

I too have a fault on a detector battery and when trying to contact RS1 find they are no longer in business. Has anyone found a way to replace these batteries in the detectors? And has anyone else found a company who can take over the monitoring?

I have tried to reach them to report a battery fault, but the number is not recognised. Are they still monitoring the system.

I also have tried to contact Response Security on their 08006226542 and been advised the number is not recognised. Any information would be appreciated.

I have a lifetime membership with the company, having been with another company which ceased trading, then another response service which also failed.
I ended up with RS1. Today I have tried to contact them on telephone number 0800 622 6542 and via their website.
The number is not recognised and the website unresponsive.
Can anybody supply any information as to the current activity of RS1,or supply alternative contact information

Had rather a long wait to have sensors replaced on new doors

We are very pleased with the service we have received. On a few occasions we have mistakenly triggered our alarm most recently when we were have a door replaced and the workmen did not even tell us the alarm had gone off. However we were alerted on our return home by a message from Response who then talked us through disengaging that part from the system temporarily.

I have no reason whatever to say anything but excellent on all counts that are relevant

Having had a very bad experience with a previous security company, it is so very comforting to be able to trust in a cmpany, the calibre of
Response Security 1.
I have complete confidence in their ability and professionalism. My only, slight, criticism is that sometimes after reporting a fault/problem, I am left wondering if the matter is receiving attention due to the time lag in informing me.
I have reccomended R.S.1. to other people who require security advice.
