A Lifeboat to a sinking ship.
Having been conned by the original alarm installer and then by a useless monitoring company, I was rather wary when contacted by RSI. I can only thank my lucky stars that I took the offer of their monitoring service, as they have been completely reliable and professional in their services to myself and my alarm system, which up to their intervention was an expensive white elephant. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

Peace of mind and reassurance.
Fortunately I have not been in the situation where I have had the need for R.S.I. to come to my assistance due to a break in but when I accidently pressed the wrong button and the alarm went off (I think this happened twice) the response was immediate by receiving a phone call to confirm if there was an intruder in the premises. This reassured me that R.S.I. are vigilant at all times.

My experience with Response Security…
Response Security have been very helpful and efficient when we had problems spending considerable time to get the system resent and also later to switch off the ear splitting siren in the house which had set off tinnitus in my wife's ears. Also arranged for replacement of batteries. A company whose staff that seem to care.

A reliable company
All contact with the company has been professionally handled and when the system needed servicing (New batteries) it was promptly and smoothly effected. Fortunately I have not needed to call on them for a security response but I have every confidence that it would be handled equally well.
