No customer service at all. I have tried to reach them for over a week. I am not sure if they are out of business or if everyone is on vacation. I am surprised that they ask me as a paying customer to promote them but when their website isn't working they don't support me. Curious as to why.

I've been trying to place an order for compostable bags, but keep getting an error message that not all items can be shipped to my address. Since this is the second time I'm ordering the same items to the same address, I don't understand why it isn't working this time. I've been trying to get help and sent two emails, left a voice message, and submitted a request on their website, but never received a response. I also left a note on the Facebook page, but that seems to have disappeared. For a company that claims to want to help the environment by selling compostable products, their customer service seems pretty much non-existant.

So, I found this website and thought it was cool because they sell recycle plastic. My son shops for companies for the same reason. He was out of cups and sip lids he normally buys somewhere else so when I found this place online I was like cool! So I thought? They have under their item listings where your able to ask questions but they don’t get answered!! I emailed them twice but still NA!! I looked up their shipping notes which state their NOT responsible for lost, damaged or any missing packages the carrier might lose and made a point to say it was the buyers responsibility to deal with THEIR carriers if something happens to not call “Responsible Products “ with it if it happens!! I called RP about their cups which turned out to be lids only! 100 lids for $20. Great price BUT, yea there’s a but, their cups are almost $30 bucks for 50 ct which you may or may not get and you’ll be lucky if they’ll respond to you!! So, that’s $50 for cups and lids plus tax and $10 shipping Jus sayin…🤨
