Ordered a set of lifts but immediately realized they would not work for me. I notified them and told them not to ship. They did anyway. I told them I wanted to return the items and get a refund. They agreed and said they would do it when they got the items back. I told them I needed a return shipping address, but they've now refused to answer. As of this morning they've blocked my email. Scam!

Zero stars would fit better.

They advertise a high-quality labor saving arm on their homepage. The advertisement basically shows falsely the branded tool. What you get is a cheap tool, shipped from in China. If you want to return it, they request you for sending it back.

I recomennt not to buy there

Ordered January 17 2024. As of April 9 have not received it. Fighting with credit card company to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM RESTUFFS. Ordered jacks from a video on Facebook. The product delivered was not the same as the one in the video and of extremely poor quality. I would not feel safe using it.
I tried to return it immediately and received an initial response requesting more info, I provided the information and have not heard anything since.

Only received half our order. Messaged their support site with no response. No phone number to call the company and yet they claim 24 hour service. Took almost a month to receive the item.

Steer well clear of this company. The advertised product is not what you receive totally inferior product cheaply made better off going to Amazon and buying from them. At least you can guarantee your quality as this product is so poorly made will give you major worries in its safety of use wasted £50.00 very disappointed.

Item ordered is not like in the advertisment or video. Tool quality is so poor I'm quite afraid that although it was made to be a useful tool it could become a dangerous piece of metal!! For sure never going to order anything more from that seller..!.!..

Restuffs.com is like a cheap car maker showing pictures of a Mercedes to sell nothing but a poor quality product. Their guarantee (which is TOTALLY UNTRUE) I sent several emails stating I was not 100% satisfied with the item and want a full refund only to receive one reply that states "it was what I ordered". What you will receive "a smaller cheap piece of s#@t". Nothing like the pictures in their advertisement. Avoid disappointment, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Restuffs.com

The pictures and videos they show of the jack are for a superior product. They send a poor quality defective product. They do not give credit for defective items. The return postage cost back to China is not worth it. Stay clear of restuffs.com
