Personally a very bizarre experience. I ordered from their website, everything was in stock, my delivery then took a while so i logged into my account only to find a message reading "there is an issue with your order" asking me to contact them, so I contacted them regarding the issue and they stated one of the items i bought was out of stock, actually said the wrong size, so I corrected them and said I hadn't ordered that size, but I can see on the website the size I did order is also now out of stock when it was in stock, when I ordered it... Anyway they asked me if I'd still like the rest of my order or a full refund. I went with a full refund and they did refund me my money, but why I'm disappointed is the fact that I not have contacted them. I wouldn't have known for ages that might order was not going to be sent to me. I think going forward as a company if you don't have things in stock you should make the effort to contact your customer and let them know the situation. So my overall experience was bad customer service and bad organisation of their website.

Gorgeous clothes, well made with so much care and attention to detail. I have ordered bags / top from the Enchanted Forest and Autumnal Equinox ranges, and these are beautiful. I actually bought clothes on this website before. I came back because the quality is always the best. This time the delivery time was very fast! I'm impressed, thinking that last time it took 2 months to get to México, this time took about 3 weeks! That's a record!

Excellent company ~ wonderful service, and brilliantly unique products. They look even more gorgeous in real life than on the website, and the embroidery is remarkably detailed! I’ll certainly be treating myself to more beautiful things from this store, I’m delighted to have found them. So many of the more expensive goth and alternative online boutiques that have been popping up lately claim to be creating original designs, whereas if you search the internet you can find exactly the same items on Temu, Amazon, or AliExpress. This isn’t the case with this amazing store ~ their products are very distinctive, and cannot be found anywhere else.

frienly customer service, good products
When i tried something on, one of the seams broke. I contacted customer service and i could return it. They were really friendly and offered me to have it returned. I got the replacement a few days later.
Otherwise I'm very happy with their products. Especially satisfying is the longevity of the clothings. Even clothing I wear regularly still looks as good as the day i bought them many years ago.

Terrible experience spent a bunch of money and never received my order or a refund. I wanted to order more but I’m literally not cause I don’t want the same experience again. Very disappointing, Wouldn’t trust it.

I ordered a hat which is perfect and thank god that it has an adjustment ribbon on the inside because it would be reaallyy large (especially for my tiny head). The other product I ordered is a dress, which is quite large, mainly the upper part, and has a huge cleavage. So I was thinking to return the dress, but I don't think that one or two sizes smaller would make any difference to the chest area, so I will do something about it myself.
