The clothes are really high quality, but return process is not good
The clothes are really high quality, the material used and acessories are really cute, but the models in pictures are mostly very thin, so it's difficult to see how it looks like in other body types. I also missed clothes measures in the website, so I had to return all my items. The return process is of my own account, and unfortunately Royal Mail lost my package... I don't know if I will be able to get my money back, and I have no guarantee with Restyle since it's not linked to them. I think I just lost around 100 pounds :( it might not be much for some, but for me it was. Anyway, might work better if you're from Poland maybe.

The backpack I ordered arrived without any problems, damage, or long wait times. The website is clearly laid out, payment was straightforward, and I received emails informing me when my order was confirmed and delivered. I didn't need to contact customer support.

I love my bag but the bottoms of the wings keep curling. I wish there was some kind of boning to keep them straight as I know they will start to crack and split with time now. I also got billed a tariff bill after paying $60 in shipping up front…

Regarding the curling of the wings, we understand your concern. This is a design characteristic of the bag, and we recommend gentle shaping and care to help maintain its form over time. Unfortunately, there is no internal boning in this model, but taking care when storing it can help prevent cracking or splitting.
Concerning the tariff bill, customs fees are unfortunately charged by your local authorities and are separate from the shipping cost you paid at checkout. We understand this can be frustrating, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about the charges.

I bought the moth backpack and crow earrings. Backpack looks great but the earrings (made of zinc) broke after like 10 minutes of wearing them(?). So I don't recommend buying jewelery or products made of zinc from them, but the bag is okay i guess...
