items covered in pet hair and broken.
Items arrived quickly but the skirt the was ordered had clearly been worn already, it had stains on it and was covered in what seemed to be cat or dog hair. The ear rings that where ordered where so poorly made that just trying to open the clasp broke them. All attempts to communicate this to the business where ignored.

Got here way faster than I thought to the US! The Triple Goddess shirt is wonderful. I got a 3XL but probably could have sized up. Still fits nice and goes with so many outfits.

Absolute Nightmare
I'm located in the US. I made my first purchase from Restyle on April 16. Every single step since has been a nightmare.
Nightmare 1: A day after I ordered, I was informed that "due to a technical error," I was charged incorrect shipping fees. The new fee was DOUBLE the old one. When I went and checked the original invoice vs the new one, surprise! They had changed shipping methods without telling me, thus the more expensive cost. I pointed this out to them. They apologized, then claimed they could not use the old shipping method and there was no cheaper cost. Keep in mind that the new shipping fee was *over $200.*
Nightmare 2: Restyle did a hack job with their commercial invoice. Days after the shipping debacle, I got notified by DHL that I had several forms to fill out. Guess what? Two of those forms were info I did not have--they were for info Restyle was supposed to have submitted and did not, regarding the make and origin of the items (all from China, by the way). I had to ask their customer service multiple times to get them to provide me with the information to move forward.
Nightmare 3: Customs and duties is now trying to charge me $1700--yes, one thousand, seven hundred dollars--because Restyle did not file a commercial invoice with any HTF codes. That is OVER DOUBLE the cost of my original order, and it is now going up by over $200 a day for DHL storage fees. I have requested a revised invoice twice now to submit to DHL (the only possible way to lower the ridiculous cost of importing). Their customer service has stopped responding to me. If I do not get a revised invoice from within 5 days, the shipment will be sent back to Restyle, and I will have sunken the entire cost and more for nothing.
I am not exaggerating when I say that this nightmare of a company has cost me *over a month's rent*--for an order I have not received and have no guarantee will even work for me.
At this point, I don't care how nice the clothes might be--I don't want empty apologies from Restyle, I don't want a gift certificate, I want a refund on my entire order. I am FURIOUS. There is nothing this company can possibly do by way of apology except refund me. I have never, ever dealt with a company as bad as this.

Due to a technical issue at checkout, the initial shipping fee was unfortunately calculated incorrectly. As soon as the discrepancy was identified, we immediately contacted you with the correct shipping cost and explained that the original method was unavailable due to the size and destination of the shipment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
Required Documentation:
We provided all necessary documentation, including a commercial invoice, which follows the standard format we use for all international shipments. These documents have consistently met customs clearance requirements in previous cases, and we acted promptly when any additional information was requested.
HTS Codes:
This is the first time we have encountered a request for HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes from customs. We had not been informed of such a requirement before, and we were unaware that it would be an issue in your case. Please be advised that recent regulatory changes in the United States regarding customs clearance and import documentation are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we could not have anticipated that HTS codes would become mandatory for your shipment, as our standard commercial invoice has always been sufficient in the past.
Response Delays:
Our customer service team was unavailable from May 1st to May 4th due to national holidays. We sincerely apologize if this contributed to any delay in communication. Please rest assured that we prepared and submitted the revised invoice as soon as we received and reviewed your message.
We are pleased to see that your parcel has now been successfully delivered. We sincerely hope that everything arrived in perfect condition and that you are happy with your order. We truly hope that receiving your items helps, even in a small way, to make up for the challenges you faced throughout this process.

Beautiful styles yet not so good quality
For the price of the products I was expecting a better quality of fabric. Also sometimes the sizes are a lot smaller than your usual one. However the styles are so beautiful and unique.

See-through "sweatpants "
Love the style of everything in this store!
However, I bought a pair of "sweatpants" ( qutoes bc it feels more like leggings than sweatpants) that had weird fabric choices. The front had a thicker fabric as I expect from sweatpants but the back was superthin and see-through which makes me incredibly sad since they're so pretty. I can only style them with a long cardigan to not show my butt to the world🥲 I went with 2 sizes bigger than my usual to get a lose fit so it's not because they're too tight. It feels cheap and I kind of expect high quality when it's so incredibly expensive.
But besides this I love every single piece from Restyle (but won't buy any more "sweatpants ")

My jacket was a bit too small though, even though I followed the size guide. I can get it on, but the fabric turns out from the body underneath the stomach area so it doesn't close well. But I will keep it anyways.

I loved this brand. But for the last year, every order I placed was defective. Holes, stains, crooked seams, broken fittings. And the brand ignores letters informing about defects. I won't order again.
