I made a purchase through this site and it turned out to be from a store called The Retainer Hut. I received the product, but it only covers half of the last tooth. It does fit, but the person I spoke with explained that the issue was my fault because the imprint was supposedly incorrect and it does not need to cover the last tooth.

I found this explanation odd, as the device is cut off at the same point on both sides, and half of the tooth does fit. I am not convinced by their argument.

I ordered retainers in good faith, expecting to receive the product directly from this company. Instead, they simply drop-shipped the order from an eBay store called The Retainer Hut. If you’re considering buying, you may want to save yourself some money and order directly from that store instead.

I ordered my retainers and the email had clear instructions, they were quick and were able to use my original teeth moulds which no other dentist would do. Much cheaper and worth the price! Would recommend I'm very happy with the results and they sent everything back quickly

The retainers from the company costs less than Bupa’s replacement retainers which is £22 less as my upper retainer had broke from the front 2 teeth only bottom retainer not damaged. Also received a spare retainers case which I liked about thank you retain and gaurd

Very quick. I sent my mould to them and they got back to me with my retainers in 2/3 days. They also reimbursed me for the postage of sending my moulds. Very lovely and good quality.

Item is well made and stronger than the one I had previously from my dentist. My dentist wanted £150 + VAT and this was more than half the price.

Amazing quality retainers, arrived in good time.

Excellent! My essix retainer broke after just one month of using it full time (I grind and clench my teeth a lot). The orthodontist was charging me £150 for a new one! Only for the bottom teeth. So I found this website, and as they are nearby, I dropped off my mould and picked up the retainer the next day. Much more durable material, perfect fit, and so good for the price! Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable and durable retainers!!!

Highly recommend! I was a little hesitant to use an online company to order replacement retainers at first, but it was half the price of what the dentist quoted me so I thought it was worth a shot. Thank you so so much I’ve have received them and they fit perfectly, you really put my mind at ease keeping in contact and giving updates, it was so quick to receive them considering my situation in which they made it less stressful. I was skeptical purchasing and was thinking it was a scam , however I’m really pleased and have saved me so much money but also have now got a case too so they won’t get lost!

Easy to use website. I wasn’t sure if the custom fit retainers included the impression kit + putty (image seems to show it does but description currently doesn’t) but the email replies were quick and helpful and they do!

I ordered extra putty which was great because I used it 😅 The instructions with the impression kit are straightforward and helpful, with email address to send images to check the impressions are ok. Good communication from this company.

It says they aim to send retainers 1-3 days after they receive the impressions, which they did, and just before a bank holiday too. Glad I got the subscription option where a new one will be sent in a year’s time so I won’t have to think about another impression, which is also good. Also good value for money.

Arrived in a case as the description says. It’s exactly as described and I’m very happy, thanks!
