I have tried repeatedly to contact this company and have not had any response. Ordered a kit for top and bottom retainers paid the £80. Kit was sent, sent it back and I've never heard a word since or received the retainers. This was in January. Took my money. Con if you ask me. I now have to go through my credit card to try and get the money back. I think have the reviews are fake .

Awful, ordered as website said amazing reviews, been waiting 2 months, 3 weeks so far for retainers to be returned, no contact from company. Seems this is a company that has gone bust and is just looking for money to keep. In contact with bank now to get money back so I can go to an actual reputable company to get retainers done. My teeth are moving and cannot do anything till I get money back. Absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Scammed. Never got my retainers and they took my money. No response to any of my emails direct or through the contact form on the website. Had to receive a refund via my bank. This company needs to shut down. What a nasty place

My retainer came back like a banana, fits the front and as soon as I bite down it pops out, I messaged Them and no reply shock. 15000 5 star reviews load of poo. Don’t bother.

Fake un-verified reviews on the site, despite being a brand new site. They state 1500+ 4.5 star reviews, which cant be reviewed, alarm bells ringing. No social media links and exact replica site of Dent deliver which takes your money and doesn’t sent the product or reply to you.
