Ben saved me time and money. Panasonic wanted to send a service rep to my house and analyze the failure, come back days later with part, send my old one to determine fault. All this I was supposed to pay for if Pana didn't find mfg error. I looked up the blinking codes and got parts from RetechTV. Fixed in record time.

I contacted this company over 15 times via email and phone during my return period trying to get approval to return my item for a refund (as is their policy). They never returned my calls or emails and now I am sent with an incorrect item and $100.00 poorer for an item that is different from what I ordered. Horrible company. I wish I read reviews before ordering. I have never wrote a review or had such horrible experience with a company before. Do not order from retechtv. They will screw you over.

Ordered my part a month ago still haven't got it, no one answers phones and web page is always down!

I ordered a backlight inverter board and had some questions about the delivery. They never returned or responded to my emails.

Bad businesss.

I bought a T-Con board from Retech because I wasn't positive that was the problem but I saw they had a warranty & I could return it. I really wish I would have read reviews on this company because you can only return if they give you a RMA number & I have left phone, email & live site messages & they will not reply. I even reported them the the Better Business Bureau but apparently they could care less because they haven't responded to them either! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I've been trying for 6 weeks to get them to refund a couple of boards that I sent back. They gave me an approval and RMA #. I know they got them because they signed for them. I had done business with them since Feb. of 2013 without any problems, and now I can't get them to call me or email me. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a board to correct a problem with a Septre TV. The board was delivered with no issues, however it didn't correct the problem. I tried to return it, but RetechTV convinced me to order a second component. The second component also did not fix the problem and now I have two components AND a broken TV. Numerous calls and emails to RetechTV to return the products went unanswered. The company didn't have the decency to respond to any of them. A terrible and regrettable experience.

I am very unsatisfied, my experience was horrible. I bought a main board for $ 102.24 and they ship to me a wrong item. Today already passed 14 days and nobody gave me a solution, neither correct intem nor money back. Someone of RetechTV named Ben Owen wrote me an e-mail but anything else. Now I say to RetechTV please be honest return my money.

Finally after many days and many mails inquiring for the part that never came, they refunded may money. That is a very important thing , despite delays they demonstrated that are a honest company. Now the only thing that remain is they to send me a label to return the wrong part because I don´t need it and is not mine.

retechtv.com has save me a lot of times finding me hard to find parts and keeping giving the price to me the lowest. they do take best care of the customer and the service is important to them.
