The exact same problem: The website doesn't even work anymore, I cannot even physically log in to remove my details, including my card number. This company has been billing me £2.99 for months and I can’t cancel it with no customer service.

The website doesn't even function anymore, and no gigs are even listed. To make things worse, I cannot even physically log in to remove my details, including m card number. This company has been billing me £2.99 for months on end for a service they can't even provide. And their customer service? Non-existent. All of my emails have gone unanswered. Shame.

Beware! Scammers

I have used retickin’ twice and both times with no issues.

I purchased a ticket to see back to the future the musical on bank holiday Monday. Experience was great ticket arrived by email promptly and was scanned at the show with no problems. Great experience will definitely use again.

I discovered Retickin' via TikTok and decided to give them a try. The team was so helpful every step of the way and going above and beyond to offer me the best experience possible. I purchased a ticket to Arctic Monkeys in London the day before the concert and was very eager to receive my ticket, especially as it was my first time using Retickin'. I received a purchase confirmation email immediately and the team was very responsive via email ensuring I got my ticket on time and was even able to upgrade my seat which was amazing.

Great first experience using ReTickin'. I picked up a ticket for a gig at Alexandra Palace an hour before doors opened, about 20% under face value. Easy process, confirmation arrived immediately and ticket emailed about ten minutes later.

Somehow I forgot that Morrissey was playing in London tomorrow! So I’ve jumped onto this site and purchased a ticket at half price. Sign up and delivery of the ticket was all within one hour. Very easy. Absolutely recommended as long as I get entry tomorrow! Viva Moz
