Little slow but my controller work's really well on my system now

Send me my effing package please. It's been over two goddamn weeks.

I have some major issues. I bought it to play N64 games and they are unplayable. Choppy, laggy and nothing like a N64 system so the videos online are either faked or using a different system. (I assume NES, SNES and Sega games work fine.) Customer service offered me to try an upgraded/more expensive unit, but why advertise or offer N64 games on the retrodrive if they do not even work? I have no trust in this company.

There are also no printed instructions or none that can be read online, all there is a link to their YouTube channel. The interface is complicated and near impossible to figure out without instructions. I do not want to watch a video about it I want to read about it. Just not for me.

Customer service has been great in returning for a refund which is why I gave 3 stars and not 1 star.

Wow that was quick haha! These guys are super fast to respond to emails and questions but the shipping was a bit slow. Works great though.

Thanks for reaching back out to me Aimee we love the system and are happy to leave a review!!! This system is great and more than what I could have asked for. It came in 3 days too and when you email w/ questions you actually get someone who speaks english giving you answers.

There was a misunderstanding on some emails in my part but it all worked out . I got my system and it works . They gave me a extra controller for my troubles ..

Overall I like the fully loaded shield but am disappointed the sega Saturn library is not even close to full and many games do not work. Also I cannot get the arcade games to work. I emailed and did not receive a response. I am excited to play the games that do work on here but the whole thing is very hit and miss.

First of all thank you for my order. I had to wait for a month to get it. I was disappointed that it didn't come with information on how to use the controllers with the game systems for the Nvidia Shield. Some of the roms don't work at all. With the Saturn roms I can't even start a game with the controller they provided. Nice effort but I don't think I will ever order from this company again. Take care.

Love the system and the libraries offered. I also bought N64 controller but I can't seem to set it up correctly to allow proper play. There are no instructions on how to set up the wireless controller that comes with it for it to be truly wireless, so I have to have it wired. Some of the "higher quality" games can't seem to run, they get super choppy and freeze. Overall love it, just wish there were some kind of instructions, and if it can't handle certain games, don't include them.

Most of the N64 games on the deluxe device I bought either struggle to run properly or don't run at all. The system is only good for non-3D games it seems. The way you guys advertised how N64 games will run on the system is complete false advertising. There's no option to overclock the games either. I don't reccomend anyone to buy any of the raspberry pi systems this company sells because you could either build your own or buy the original consoles and the games to go along with it. The unit including the so-called "premium" controller is not worth anywhere near $200. My disappointment with this emulation box is immeasurable and I don't reccomend anyone buy this if you're super nostalgic for the N64 and PSX. 2 stars.

I mainly bought the holiday bundle for the SNES library, so I'm pretty happy with that part, but I only received half of the Sega Mega Drive library, it just cuts off at the letter M, not a big deal, but enough to leave me disappointed. The Nintendo 64 games are virtually unplayable, but I didn't really expect them to be considering it was a less powerful processor. I think the space used for the N64 games would have been better used for arcade games, something the processor could actually run. Still a pretty good value for someone wanting the classics, and pretty easy to use with plug and play functionality. Though some written instructions would have been nice.

I initially had some issues in receiving my shipment but everything worked out in the end. The system works well and the seller made it right. 👍

These guys are amazing. Retro gaming offered in the most incredibly packaged plug and play setup. There are learning curves for some options but all totally worth it for the retro game lovers.

If you like old retro games.. this is deff the console for you... it is amazing... but even better than the console, is the owners who sale the products. I have never saw a company reach out to make things right, like they do. They went above and beyond for us and we will keep giving them our buisness.. thanks aimee & retro

The package could have been better was crushed a bit would have liked to seen the product in its own package.
