I placed an order on Dec. 20 and paid for 2-day shipping. On the 21st I received a shipping notification/tracking number. When Christmas passed and we still didn't receive it, I tracked the number again and it was still in "pre-shipment". I understand that there are shipping delays that are out of the company's hands, so that's not the main issue. Today is January 4 and it is still in "pre-shipment" so according to tracking it hasn't even been received by the USPS! Both my husband and I have contacted support several times and have received no response.

I ordered my retro drive the week before Christmas, knowing regular delivery would be delayed I choose to pay for 2 day shipping knowing it would probably take a week. It took over 3 weeks and I tried contacting them twice with no answer or offer to refund the shipping to me since it took so long. I am not complaining about the product just the customer service. It’s terrible not to even answer an email is not very professional.

This is Awesome!!!!!! All the N64, SNES, NES, and SAGA games..... I haven't stop playing since I got and even my two kids are enjoying it as well. Thank you guys again......

I finally got my system 22 days after placing the order. I had an issue connecting the Bluetooth controller to the system, sent a message through the website. Ended up figuring it out myself. Still no response from the company 5 days later. Games play ok but having some other issues. Again sent a message through the website. They said response time was less than 24 hrs. Still no response 4 days later. Product seems ok, customer service seems lacking.

I bought this product for my daughter for christmas, it was not as advertised as it was missing games (roms). My daughter contacted them and was told that they accidently sent a older version, and would make it right, but we havent heard anything since. I have tried emailing on a couple of occasions , but have gotten no response.

The product is amazing all of my favorite games in one place, plus other games I never had a chance to play I can now play. Had to wait a few extra weeks for my drive. But customer service was good at keeping me informed on the process.

Received my unit yesterday and love it. Company has great communication, there was a small issue with my order, company is working on resolving the issue without hesitation. I bought the Holiday Bundle, not a fan of the SNES controller it came with, however, in saying that it was super easy to hook up and map my PS4 controller via USB. Also note there is no power button on this particular model; your power button is plugging in/out your AC adapter, there is a proper way to restart/shutdown the unit but I noticed even when the unit was "shutdown" it was warm to the touch, not sure if that is normal; I recommend unplugging it from the wall when not using it, don't recommend pulling the AC Adapter from the unit directly due to the components being fragile like a USB/HDMI plug in, may become bent/damaged over time. I bought a 12ft HDMI cable due to the controllers being wired, from my understanding I believe you can set up certain controllers via Bluetooth and be wireless but being "wired" gives it the old school feel. I recommend this console it's amazing and awesome to relive my childhood with my favorite games and being able to try new ones I never got to play as a kid or ones I never even heard of!

Bought the deluxe version and it's great! My only gripe is that some N64 games glitch out. The old classics and finding "new" old games is great! Commodore, Colecovision, and Nintendo DS don't work. Kinda bummed because I was "really" looking forward to playing "Chuck Norris Superkicks". Ah well back to cursing about Battletoads...f***ing Battletoads.

So i was a little skeptical at first. How can they fit all those systems on one tiny block? How can one controller play all those different system set
ups? Let me tell you, it's all good in da hood! This is amazing i couldn't be happier with this retro drive! I can switch between pokémon and zelda ocarina of time in a matter of seconds! The N64 games don't all run well (pretty sure they can help them run better but all i play is zelda and that runs great from jump). But all in all this is a dream come true. Anyone on the fence out there, jump for the deluxe or better and you won't be disappointed! The customer service is rapid in their response and super helpful. I haven't even touched my xbox in over a week while i beat zelda and pokemon haha! Anyway i'm really glad i got this, it's perfect for me!

Months of quarantine? Retro Drive to the rescue!

I love Retro Drive! It plays games so well and the company is great about offering trade-in and up deals for new upgraded releases for their existing clients.

Great experience, great product

I saw Retro Drive a couple months ago on social media and thought it would be great for an event that I lead in the fall. The fall came and I sent a message to Aimee to see if it would fit in the event I had coming up. We needed a few consoles and were looking at a specific budget amount to make it happen. Aimee was super helpful in putting together a package that worked perfectly for us and our event. She answered all my questions and had the consoles here for our event. The students loved playing NBA Jam, Super Mario, and a bunch of classics! It was a ton of fun, added a really unique aspect to our event and I would recommend Retro Drive.

I wanted to post another review. I have a review on here for one star. I’m having issues removing it. I just want to say Aimee followed up and the company has delivered on what they promised. I’m greatly satisfied give them a try you will be happy!! The one star was due to me being impatient and missing an email on my end.

I've ordered a particular controller back in April and when I got it, it was the wrong one...apparently from what I gathered through the emails is that they were sold out and wasn't updated. I did share pics of the controller and everything. It took them awhile to respond but it also turned out that my email address is a bit confusing but they have stood determined to get in contact with me months later. As of today and a few days, before they are resolving the issue and im beyond satisfied. They really went above and beyond to fix this and I have never seen any other retailer go this far to make sure their customers are satisfied. Please trust in them. Covid has put things in a bind but I assure you. They'll get to you and fix the problem asap. Definitely recommend them for any gaming needs.

***HONEST, REAL, SINCERE REVIEW***saw ad on facebook and been looking for a retro device for awhile. Bought standard retro drive August 2020. Order was processed and shipped out right away. Took about 3-5 days to receive.

Overall, this really is a great product. There are a lot of retro devices and such out there but what really made a difference was the excellent customer service provided from Aimee. If there are any problems what so ever it's corrected right away. Emails are answered promtly, and they genuinely care about their services and products.

I had a few lag issues on the 64roms/games in which Aimee has taken the time to help fix/correct the issues. Other than that the experience is priceless. All of the SEGA/Nintento/and Super Nintento games I remembered from my child hood right there in one place with priceless memories I get to relive and play.

This is a great gift idea for loved ones!
