Worst online shopping experience ever! Do not trust! Ne commandez pas sur ce site!

I have placed an order end of april for something that was "in stock" to be delivered beginning of May. After inquiring about my order I was then told it would be delivered beginning of June. Still nothing, after a reply 8 days later to my email, I was then told I couldn't ask for a refund without loosing 20% of my payment although they hadn't delivered my order. I was told to wait for my order to be delived end of june. I have now received an email that the order would be shipped in 10 days, which, if it arrives will be mid july.... Impossible to get anyone on the phone number given on the website, after trying a great number of times, I managed to speak to someone only once... I made the mistake of not checking the reviews here before ordering. Don't make that mistake...

J'ai placé une commande pour des produits qui étaient "en stock" fin avril avec une livraison debut mai. Après avoir envoyé un email au sujet de ma commande on m'annonce qu'elle va etre livrée mi juin. Mi juin toujours rien, j'ai reçu une réponse à mon email 8 jours plus tard concernant le remboursement que j'avais demandé, qui ne peut etre ait qu'en perdant 20% du montant de la commande. On m'annonce que je vais recevoir ma commande fin juin , nous sommes le 22, je viens de recevoir un email pour me dire que ma commande sera expediée dans 10 jours ouvrés, qui si je la reçois, sera mi juillet...
Personne ne repond au numéro donné sur le site. J'ai reussi après maintes tentatives d'avoir une personne en ligne une seule fois.
J'ai fait l'erreur de commander sans lire les avis sur ce site, ne faites pas la meme erreur.

Internet Fraud

I ordernd a bench and payed in advance. The bench was delayed and delayed and then canceled.

I have never gotten my money back. No response to my emails. The service line is never available.

This is clear fraud. I will involve the police. Never order with retrofurnish. Just try to call them under their service number and you will see that this is all fake.

All positive feedback here is artificially created.

Awful. Seriously DON'T BOTHER

We ordered nearly 2 months ago, and they have consistently failed to reply to messages, refused to cancel our order, and then kept moving the delivery back week on week with a vague "we'll deliver mid june' despite us explaining how urgently we needed the products.

Their customer service seemed to reply at best once a week, without apologising and just stock answers saying that we couldn't get out of our order at all.

We ended up cancelling at a loss of 20%. Not ideal but I didn't want to do business with them any longer.

If you are even considering ordering DON'T BOTHER. there are plenty of better, more reliable companies with the same stock.

Disaster

Customer service doesn't answer the phone.
It takes 10 days to get an answer by email and it never answers the questions asked.
Deliveries are either lost or late.
Worst e-shopping experience I ever had.

not recommendable, DO NEVER ORDER FROM RetroFurnish

I cancelled my order, after knowing that i have to Wait about 3 Months for it. They told me that i will receive my refund within 15 Days. Im still waiting for it. No answer from Retro Furnish. I guess I lost 150 €. Very unprofessional, just a freud.....DO Not order from RetroFurnis. There are other shops that are way more professional and customer-friendly

Delivery problems

Ordered one black chair and 3 whites. The black chair arrived in time, since then, nothing more for the 3 whites one except the boat thing excuse. The customer service should ask every client for having the money back when it happened. This is totaly unexpected and unacceptable delays!

New chairs - happy

Ordered 8 Chairs on 10th March. (Informed to be in stock)
On "My Side" I could see delivery would take place at the end of March, but that was not the case. I contacted Retrofurnish, and they immediately gave me a more exact delivery date.
Today I received my 8 chairs - and I must say - they look absolutely fantastic.
A good idea, to avoid misunderstandings, must be, not to write " in stock" - but instead stating the expected days of delivery.

Unprofessional

Hello,

Order passed february 26th for 3 chairs lounge ch07
The expected delivery was between april 28th - May 9th

Today i check my order and see that the delivery is delay and will happen between May 18th - May 24th

That's really not profesionnal. I bought those chairs for a store that is gonna open first day of May..

Where are gonna sit my customer????? I need to have those 3 chairs quickly

Unacceptable

I bought the chair the 28th on march 2016 for a delivery announced between the 4th and 6th on april and I don't have any news of my purchase.
On website, it's wrote that the chair has been delivered. I've just called the delevery agence and they said to me that the shipping number didn't existe. I'm furious because I need the chair for the 14th of April for a birthday and when I bought her, the website precised that the product was in stock.

unacceptable! damaged delivery and no communication

I ordered 5 chairs & table, after 5 months delivery, 1 chair was broken. They promised a new chair, but now there's no communication. Meanwhile another 2 extra chairs are broken - alle on the same spot : meaning the chairs have a producionmistake. I email them every week - still no answer!
This is outrageous!

Unacceptable- do not order anything from them!

I ordered a bar stool from this company as they said it was in stock and available for delivery within 2-3 days, now over a week later and after having to chase them, I have been told it is actually not in stock and will be delivered within 8-10 weeks!
I wish I had seen all these other terrible reviews as I would never have ordered anything from them.
I have requested a refund but unsurprisingly they have not responded and so I have had to report them to my bank and I am in the process of requesting a chargeback from my bank.

Still haven't heard anything...

I made an order on January 18:th of 4 DSW chairs.
Today, it's April 4:th and I can't even track my parcel. They don't answer emails/skype or chat support. I even starting to hesitate that my products will be delivered... This is unacceptable.

Order made 8 February everything said to be on stock... We are now April 4 still not received anything... People on the phone keep saying it s there next week but nothing ever happens... Very bad experience! Still not received anything yet!

Untrustworthy company. Avoid!

Placed an order in November, over 4 months later the item has not arrived, the status updates on the order are meaningless, the estimated arrival dates have repeatedly come and gone.
Communication is terrible, just repeated lies about how the item is currently being delivered by sea freight, and other generic responses. Avoid this company at all costs. And if you do use them,be ready to file a chargeback request with your credit card provider which is what I now have to do.

Follow up: the response is a joke, they responded to everybody saying the item is being delivered on Friday. No Tracking information was ever sent and no item was delivered on Friday, that's clearly just a tactic to make themselves look better on review sites such as this.

DON'T BUY THERE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The website indicates delivery times that has nothing to do with the reality. Nobody gives you any explanation. Except a brief email to inform you that you can't cancel the order (why???) even two months before the delivery time scheduled. One lamp of the order has arrived (1 moth and a half later) and the quality is so poor... Please, don't buy anything to these company. They don't deserve it.

Good experience

I ordered a PK22, the customer service indicated me that delivery would take around 12 weeks.

around a week before scheduled delivery dates, I was informed that there was a 1 week delay.

At first I was not very confident as I saw some previous negative reviews but the delivery company did call me in time and delivery took place as expected.

I'm very happy with the quality of my order and will reorder again.

No delivery, no service, no feedback

Chairs should be delivered on Feb 24, nobody answers the phone, no feedback via email. Sick and tired of chasing them so i guess i have to call off the hole order. If you´d like to order some retro products for a reasonable price, interiorfox would be the better choice.

Not happy: waiting for our table...

We ordered a coffee table on December 6 and paid immediately. We received confirmation that our table would arrive before the end of February. Then the delivery date was changed to March 5 without prior notice. We sent an email but have received no reply. We are not happy.
