Your emails were replied to last week on Wednesday at 4:36pm, Thursday at 2:24pm and on Friday at 5:03pm - we have not received any further emails from you.
As we mentioned in our replies, the photos you sent clearly showed a plate full of sweets which looked in perfect order. You held up a couple of sweets that were slightly stuck together. As with any unwrapped gelatine confectionary, that can happen but they would break apart quite easily.
Also, in none of your emails did you make any mention of finding a "peace of plastic" inside - this certainly can't be seen on any of the photos you sent.

I wasn't overly impressed, most of the sweets was stuck together and quite messy to serve, I actually had to use food tongues to separate them.
Is it worth the money, I don't think so even though it was bogof with £5 delivery. Derek Marks says its just under 1kg, its actually 900g which is a massive 10% less. He should say they are packed with 900g of sweets.
Would I buy again.... No, but if they separated the sweets inside into little bags I might do. It is really annoying to separate them.

Thanks for your review however, it doesn't really paint a fair or accurate picture.
You've made no contact with us directly and so we weren't aware of any issues with your order until receiving this review.
Your order was despatched on 12th May and the Royal Mail tracking (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/40059191400089B139823) shows that delivery was attempted on 14th May but the delivery was "refused" and is being returned back to us.
Your order has not yet been received back to us hence I say, we weren't aware of any issues. To leave a 1 star review because someone at your address refused delivery, seems extremely unfair.

Disappointed compared to others bulked out with large chews and sweet packs, predominantly jelly sweets not what I would call retro, no shrimps or bananas or black jacks

Good value deal as it was buy one get one free. Good selection of sweets although arrived very sticky so al the sweets just stick together. But was yummy

Poor service
Delivery not arrived even though they say it was attempted
The tracking number you gave me doesn't work in order to organise a re deliverywhen I sent new message to say got no reply so I have spent money and got no product back from you
My wife was in all day and accepted other deliveries so I take offence at your comments to me.
The post office DID NOT leave a calling card
Needless to say I will not be ordering from you again

Your email chasing your order was replied to yesterday at 1:18pm with the Royal Mail tracking information (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/40059191400089481E19A) which states that delivery was attempted at 10:59am on Wednesday 21st April - I advised you to click the link where you could rearrange the delivery.
You emailed again at 6:15pm to chase your order - I replied out of working hours at 6:55pm to inform you that I had replied earlier in the day and copied the content of my original reply to you. You replied at 8:17pm to say the tracking link wasn't working.
I replied at 11:24am this morning to say the link does work (as anyone can check above) and advised you on how you could manually input the tracking number on the Royal Mail website which I did myself, at which point I noted that the parcel had been collected this morning at 10:40am.
To leave a 1 star review because you weren't home or didn't answer the door when the postman attempted to deliver your parcel seems grossly unfair and to say you got "no reply" is categorically untrue when you were replied to speedily including out of hours and on a Bank Holiday Weekend.
