This website sucks. My stuff didn’t work. I ordered a Wii and a bunch of games and stuff to go with it. It took 6 weeks to receive my items in separate packages. They had no problem responding at the time being and said I can ship my order back in full and receive a refund. I’ve been contacting them non stop for a full month and now they are having a hard time replying since they received the items and don’t want to give me a refund. The only times they have replied is to ask for me to tell them what items I sent back as if they never picked it up from usps and went through it. Completely unprofessional and no one should order from here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I rarely review any companies, but with Retro Vgames, it's been a horrible experience. Charged mid range for the products I received, with extremely low quality return. One of the games I ordered didn't even work and they were planning on sending it back to the seller so they can potentially use it to scam again. When communicating with the customer service, they "lost" my communication thread 3 times. They are a awful company, and I wish I didn't have to say it.

Bought two "refurbished" Wireless PS3 Controllers from Retro V Games on Dec 26, 2025 (order #710697)—website promises 1-year warranty and 30-day refunds. Arrived Jan 3, 2026, and both were trash out of the box: one with ghost inputs firing random buttons, the other with a floating left thumbstick that drifts.
Emailed them Jan 4—no reply. Called their line (423-873-8768) multiple times (Jan 8, 20, 26); it loops voicemail and hangs up. Got two dodgy callbacks from a masked WA number (206-589-3852) saying "wait longer" and blaming "spam folders," then a Jan 21 email asking to resend "lost" info (while replying to it). Crickets since.
This is straight-up fraud—drop-shipping items without testing, then dodging accountability. Avoid like the plague; I'm out $98.16 and escalating to BBB/Amex. Do not buy here.

This place is a joke. I ordered 2 Nintendo 64 games and a memory pack. The games arrived and we're authentic, and nicely cleaned. However the memory pack was missing. I've have since been emailing them daily from both of my email addresses and calling twice a day, they never answer the phone, nor do they reply to emails. I also found out about Price charting after the fact, and saw that they also are very over priced on almost everything they sell. Buyer beware, IF you actually get what you order, it'll be cleaned nice and function, but apparently that's a big if

Ordered an N64 bundle with a collection of games, while there were some discrepancies, they were addressed in a professional manner and i received all my packages. I 100% Will be buying more retro game bundles in the future from Retro V

💩💩💩💩💩this is the only 5 decent enough to give this company! Total scam, so called customer service doesn’t exist. I ordered 2 products and are unopened and cannot get in contact with anyone. Shipping took forever but I must say getting emails to lure you to buy more products is spot on. Dumb of me not to read all the reviews. Don’t waste your money!

Do not buy from this company! They are scammers and you will regret it. I purchased a ps2, guitar hero, and guitar on December 14, 2025. Paid for expedited shipping and they still have not sent me everything. I got sent a crusty old ps2 that was covered in dust that was also missing the video output component. Customer Service told me to test it out but I cant because the part is missing. All the attempts to contact them are not working. This place is a joke. They are 100% scam artists. Do not buy from them. Im out 300 dollars. Im writing this on Jan 11, 2026 so you can understand how long I've been waiting. UPDATE: finally got the rest of my order January 23, 2026 with no customer service updates or anything.

Placed an order and it’s way overdue on shipping. Nobody will respond to email or answer the phone. When they do it’s an automated message. AVOID!!!!!!!

Scammers, got the most beat up console I’ve ever seen in my life. It was not refurbished like they advertised. It didn’t come with the power cord or controller and there was a live cockroach in the box. The console was wrapped very poorly. It was placed in a box just big enough for it to fit and had a bag of shredded paper on both sides that were flat as a pancake. I contacted them and told them I wanted to return the item, still waiting on a response. I’ll be filing a complaint with the FTC which I encourage everyone to do so we can get rid of these a holes.

Should be taken off the internet, do NOT buy from them. The prices should be a red flag alone. They are not based out of the US, they have a "warehouse" stored in the US that they ship from but they are foreign scammers. Their eBay accounts get banned repeatedly. Stay away.

Well if I’m being honest if you do a accidental purchase or you need to return the item by any means you are insanely cooked the tracking doesn’t give any updates so I literally tried to cancel two days prior the order wasn’t even shipped I can’t return because on the website the order still says shipping and the return thing is blanked out the console I received was in good condition but I got a third party controller that doesn’t connect my retro gaming experience has been literal hell two hdmi cables and better yet no power cable like what!!! The description literally says you get a power cable don’t even think about emailing them because trust there’s a .5 percent chance they answer the email phone number they have is fake no one is never in to receive the call horrible horrible service… also I ordered it on the 24th and received it in January with zero information

To sum up everything in a nut shell. The company is very shady and are bunch of ignorant and careless individuals. I ordered one order of supergame boy with metroid II and legend zelda link's awakening, on December 11 2025. For some reason these fools decided to enter the wrong city and disregard my zipcode and sent it to the wrong address with wrong city and zipcode. I reached out on December 26 for the tracking information provided to me showed me the errors they made and it was delivered with me out of a good chunk of money. When I spoke to some one name Fatima she stated that it was delivered and I have to contact my local usps office; and that Retro had no fault that the address they decided to input is not wrong any shape or form. With my better judgment I ordered a second order on December 23rd without the knowledge of the wrong practices this company was doing. After seeing the carelessness of the first order I reached out yet again to update the city and zipcode to have no response. I then decided to canceled the order but was ignored. I called the help number and it went to voice mail like they were screening my calls. I left my messages of my concerns but got no call back. I then brought everything proof to my bank and was able to prove that this company was scamming me of almost $700 dollars from both orders. Once I did that the geniuses of retro v games decided to ship the second order to the same wrong address the first order was delivered to. This time it was an insufficient address and is being held at another post office. Not delivered and waiting for a reschedule or pick up. I am not disappointed yet angry about how this went down. To sum it up who ever reads this DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PIECES of idiots. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE COMPANY TO ANYONE. AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT THEM TO SCAM YOU OUT YOUR MONEY. DKOLDIES I 200% recommend, than this company. You won't go wrong with DKOLDIES. But Retro vGames can get my favorite fingers 👎👎. "Update : as I stated of the ordered on Decomber 23rd, Retro vGames decided to ship out the order on December 29 to the worng address. Here is the proof of their blatant scamming to where they sent it to the wrong address and quickly retrieved it to try and out live the 30 day refund. If see the origin date shipped you will see it was return to them today 1/27/2026. I just got an email at 11:09 am stating :

Like I stated before I already got my refund back way before, just annoyed that their incompetence
knows no bounds and to email me this lie that even though my address appears fine; my zipcode and city is entered incorrect. It states it was delivered to Manhattan for thats the zipcode states; it was back in their possession today. Very sloppy, so deceiving and upright wrong so again that will do it for my update; again DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Absolutely horrible "retro gaming" company.
They offer items they dont even have. Send half order yet say theyre complete. What they do send is disgusting and dirty and does not work.

Not happy one bit. I placed an order for my fiancé for Christmas. I received it pretty quickly. When he opened it Christmas morning we realized it wasn’t the colour we ordered, and then to top it off the PSP doesn’t even work. I’ve been trying almost daily to contact them via email AND phone with little to no response for a refund. The PSP doesn’t read games OR connect to the internet. Very poor customer service in my opinion and I will never order from them again. Disgusting.

I ordered a specific blue PSP and was sent a red 1 absolutely hate red. Communication is horrible. Sent multiple emails with no response after 1st sent. Took 11 days to ship my order. Would NOT recommend ordering from here if you want no help and the wrong product.

1. I paid for expedited shipping and it was shipped way later, I was not reimbursed for the extra fee, either.
2. What I ordered is not what I received: I ordered the “woody” Atari 2600 and what I received is the “Darth Vader” Atari 2600. It was dirty at that.
3. I’ve been emailing requesting a return label/address so I can ship it back to them for a refund and I have been ignored after doing what they requested (send in a photo of what I received).
4. Now, I’ve been emailing them, also calling, and using their bot chat, with no response.
Save yourself a headache, DON’T BUY WITH THEM. I will go on as many sites as I can to post this message. SCAMMERS MUST BE STOPPED

If i could give a ZERO star i would, but sadly i cant so i will leave this, DO NOT buy from here terrible customer service at its worst and i can honestly believe they can do worse smh. I ordered and XBOX original series and they ship this dirty console with dirt and everything it smell like a cat pissed on it. Do not waste your time and money with these people. Not sure how all the good reviews are made up but they are trash.

Placed an order on 12/7/2025. Requested the order to be canceled on 12/13/2025, which was PRIOR to anything being shipped. The company rejected the cancellation request and partially shipped less than 1/2 of the products ordered and the some of the products that were received were not what I ordered. I have asked numerous times for a refund and can not get anyone with customer service to email or call me back. This company is 100% SCAM
