I am grateful for this service! ReturnMe saved me hundreds of dollars in potential replacement keys! I had no idea that my keys were missing until I received a notification email and call from the ReturnMe team! I received my ReturnMe tag years ago and grateful for it now.

I lost my Badge, and it is vitally important to my job. I look all over for it. I was at work at the time, so I wanted to find it before I left. I could not find it. I was very unhappy I might have to lose a day of work to get a new badge. To my surprise I got an email that my badge was found. It had fallen off in the parking structure. I was overjoyed. The person that found it was another employee

When the tag is lost, they contact you straight away via email with an actual person behind the computer. They also call you. Impressive in this day and age

Tags arrived quickly, and no order problems. I tag things that I travel with - phone & tablets, as well as luggage, keys. Never had to use the retrieval service because nothing has been lost.

I've had a really great experience with ReturnMe. Fortunately, I have not yet lost anything. And I really do hope it works if and when that happens. But aside from that, what I can say is the company has been totally honest and above board. For example, I signed up for their max coverage for which they contract with a third party. The third party was totally non-responsive, so I called ReturnMe and they graciously refunded all of my money. Not every company would do that. Also, when I've spoken with them over the phone with questions and whatnot, they've always been helpful and friendly.

I can't be happier. I purchased my MeturnMe tags years and years ago. I never had a chance to use it as I had never lost my keys.

But.... recently my keys fell out of my bag in the airplane or luggage area. It had 2 FOB's with house key and other important items. Right away I hoped somone would find the keys and contact ReturnMe to get them back to me. It took a couple of weeks, but everything worked like it should and I received my keys yesterday.

Wow! I was so happy to get my phone and wallet back and it was all because of the ReturnMe sticker and the coordination efforts of the ReturnMe employees. Within 24 hours of the finder contacting ReturnMe I had my phone and wallet back. I was so thankful to everyone at ReturnMe! They are the best!
