I ordered my Hypervolt EV charger from Revcharge just before the Christmas closedown. I received great communication from them, explaining that they would send my charger out early in the New Year.
I was a little concerned about paying out money before my charger was installed but ultimately that wasn’t an issue. My charger was delivered early in the new year 2025 with all of the items required for the installation and within a couple of days, the installer contacted me to organise a time for installation. The whole process took about a week outside of holiday shutdowns.
Could not be happier with the purchase process. The charger was well priced, the communication was awesome, the installer did a fantastic job installing it the way that I wanted it and even followed up later to check that everything was working well.
I could not recommend Revcharge more highly for their fair pricing, exemplary communication and quality of installation. A+++

Communication from Revcharge was timely and the package was delivered on time. The entire process was smooth until then.
However, I had to face a delay in installation as the end-of-year closure arrived and their installer was over booked causing a delay in installation. That cost them a star (4/5).

Initially sent the wrong RCBO which would have meant I would have 11KW system instead of 22KW. Was rectified quickly after I pointed this out, if I didn’t have a background in electricity, it’s possible I could have ended up with the wrong system and not known.
Tesla charger wasn’t working properly but I fixed it myself after using the Tesla One (Installer) App and re-initialised the Charger.
I would however use Revcharge again.

Revcharge was great to work with, the installation process was extremely easy and straightforward!

Open communication and excellent service from initial contact through to installation. Point of difference after having contact with 4 other providers was, from my experience, the assistance with regard to finance options. The whole process was made simple and Dmitri was friendly and not at all pushy. When it came to installation, Johnny was punctual, friendly and professional, with a great work ethic.

We bought a Tesla wall charger and got awesome service from start to finish. We had complicated needs and revcharge spent a lot of time helping us make the right decision. Installation was then complex and required a return visit. RevCharge took the hit for the extra costs which were significant, so as to honour their original fixed price .
The installation guys themselves were also very professional.
