The installers arrived at the appointed time and installed the EV charger where we wanted it located. Overall the whole process was brilliant. Excellent Customer Service and Communication

Good service, got what was said on the tin at a competitive price. Was in the market for a fast charger wasn't fully sure until I came across this company which instantly made me change my mind. Was a little slow at replying and had to chase up which would of made 5 star. Fantastic crisp installation very happy.

After paying I experienced great communication, fast postage and installation. After having an awful experience with a different company (EV Charging Australia) who never even delivered my Tesla wall charger after two months, it was a pleasant surprise to finally deal with a professional, efficient company. Quoting for the job is efficient via an online portal with photos etc. the price is fixed. They deliver the charger to your home. Mine got delivered within a week, and I’m on the other side of the country. Communication was great with constant emails telling me what was going on. The installer contacted me and arranged a time. He was able to accommodate my schedule and even came in a Sunday to install for no extra charge. The time and date was arranged. The installer arrived on time and with the right equipment and tools. He set the expectation of the time required to complete the job. He was able to put the charger where I wanted it and explained the minimum distances etc. He notified us in advance for when he needed to turn off the power so that we weren’t surprised and caught out. He finished within the timeframe he ser at the start of the job. Commissioning was simple with the Tesla app. He was clean and tidied up the mess. Can’t ask for much else really. Happy with the install and happily using the wall charger without any issues. Would happily recommend.
