If you need access to a lot of IPs, this is probably your best bet. However, they are very slow and I didn't find there was any difference in speed after I upgraded to a better package. I was only able to download at about 300kbps in total across 100 connections and a good number of them, probably about 20-30% did not complete. However I am not aware of a better alternative.
