Scammed by Revibe…
I ordered iphone 15pro max from Revibe in excellent condition, but I received the complete opposite. The phone wasn't properly wrapped, the screen was already cracked, the battery drained within seconds, and it didn't even have a SIM card slot.
I reported everything and submitted a claim on the same day I received it, with proof that the screen was already damaged. Now Revibe is blaming me for the cracked screen instead of taking responsibility, and refunding me.
I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken. I paid for an excellent-condition iphone but received a damaged, unusable device. I feel completely scammed and cannot recommend Revibe based on my experience

However, we'd like to clarify a few important points. We do not ship devices with cracked screens, and our records, including the inspection documentation prior to dispatch, confirm that the device left our facility with an intact, fully functional screen.
If the device had indeed arrived with a cracked screen, as you claim, it should have been reported within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with the policy agreed to at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this did not occur.
When the device was returned to us, it had a broken screen that was not present when it was shipped. Based on the evidence available, your claim could not be approved under our warranty and return policy.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making baseless accusations. Our decision is based on the documented condition of the device before shipment and upon its return.

I bought Iphone and it was overheating then I returned it, they said it will take 13 days to get refund , now it takes more than 30 days and I am still getting apologies emails only ,, however I also bought another Iphone and it works perfectly.. until today I am still waiting for my refund on the case file (urGY29)
