I ordered and paid extra for a brand-new, unopened device, but I received a used device without its original box. I emailed the company and received no response, and customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have had in Dubai. The product quality and customer service were both unacceptable, and I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. In my experience, the listing was misleading and the whole transaction felt dishonest.

I purchased an iPhone 13 from Revibe on 10/07/2026, and my experience has been very disappointing.
The phone's battery drains extremely fast. After taking just 5-6 photos, the battery suddenly drops by around 5%, which is not what I expected from a device advertised in good condition.
I also checked the battery using 3uTools, and it indicated that the battery had been replaced and showed 95% battery health. However, the actual battery performance does not match this reading.
What made the experience even worse was the customer support. There is no proper customer service available. The website only offers an AI chatbot, and whenever I requested to speak with a human agent, it repeatedly stated that agent support was unavailable.
I then called the customer service number several times. Each time, I waited for more than 30 minutes without anyone answering. I tried this on multiple occasions and received no assistance.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Revibe. The after-sales support is extremely poor, and the product quality did not meet my expectations. I hope the company improves both its customer service and its quality control

Revibe – Extremely disappointing experience with a refurbished iPhone purchase
I purchased an iPhone 12 mini from Revibe, advertised as a professionally refurbished device. I received the phone on a Friday, and within only 3 days, by Sunday, I experienced serious issues, I noticed a line appearing through the middle of the screen.
I immediately contacted Revibe, and they requested video footage to confirm that there were no signs of misuse. I provided the requested footage, and the phone was in perfect condition before being sent back. The phone had a protective cover on it, and there were no cracks, dents, or damage visible.
Revibe arranged for the phone to be shipped back to Dubai, where it remained for approximately 3 weeks. After their inspection, they rejected my claim, stating that the device showed signs of misuse. They provided video footage as proof, but the device shown in their footage does not match the condition of the phone in my original footage.
In their footage, the screen was lifting and there was a crack visible on the bottom left side of the phone. These issues were not present in my original video before the phone was sent back. I asked Revibe to compare the original footage I submitted with their inspection footage, as it appears to show a completely different condition of the device.
Despite raising this concern, Revibe simply repeated their decision and gave me two options:
- Pay R1,280 shipping to have the phone returned in its current condition.
- Pay for repairs as well as shipping costs.
This is unacceptable. I am still paying off this phone, with my final payment due, and I am now expected to cover additional costs for a device that was not damaged when it left my possession.
I requested a fair resolution: either refund the money I have already paid or provide a replacement device (even if it is an older iPhone model). Revibe has refused to take responsibility.
I am sharing my experience to warn other customers. A refurbished phone that develops problems within 3 days should be properly investigated and handled fairly. Customers should not be left paying for repairs and shipping when there is clear disagreement regarding the condition of the device before and after inspection.
My phone is currently still in Dubai, and Revibe expects me to pay to resolve a situation that I believe is not my responsibility.

STAY AWAY FROM REVIBE! THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS! Rather purchase from a reputable and reliable second-hand phone dealer.
I bought an iPhone 14 from Revibe in April 2026. A few weeks later, the phone started freezing repeatedly and restarting by itself. The final straw came in June when the phone wouldn’t switch on, and I kept getting an error message on the phone. I had to request a refund claim, which is where they collect and investigate, less than 2 months after purchasing the phone. A Revibe rep confirmed in writing that it was fully approved, with payment due in 5–7 business days.
Three days later, a different rep reversed it, claimed the device was "functioning properly," and said I'd have to pay R1,895 in shipping costs just to get the same faulty device back to me. Mind you, the phone is shipped from Dubai and went all the way back to Dubai for this investigation.
I sent a formal letter of demand referencing their own written approval. They ignored my questions and repeated the same script twice more. Still no refund, no explanation of what changed, no accountability for their own staff's written confirmation. Two weeks later, no phone or refund.
There is a reason they don't have a Google page for customers to view and review their experience. I was not able to sign out of my iCloud account or apps, so once they had logged into my device, I discovered they had accessed my personal apps like Gmail, Insta and Facebook. So be very careful!!
If you're dealing with Revibe on a refund or warranty claim — get everything in writing, and don't assume an "approved" refund is actually safe. I'm now on the legal route to get my money back.
Later today: After responding to my review, Revibe flagged my complaint for containing defamatory content. TrustPilot determined it's not defamatory (thank you TrustPilot). My review is back online and I am standing on my statement. I'm warning everyone so no one has to experience the situation I am in.

#UPDATE. It seems giving a bad review is the only way revibe will talk to you. I will gladly submit a compensation claim, although I suspect it will be about as genuine as your warranty claim was. As for "unexpected challenges surrounding the return shipment", a quick online search will reveal that the flurry of comments on Trust pilot, FB, LinkedIn and Reddit would suggest that this is anything but "unexpected", and in fact quite common, as is your refusal to honour the warranty which caused this issue in the first place.....A search I wish I'd carried out before giving my money to this company.
All good until your phone develops a fault. Mine stopped charging, sent proof, returned under warranty. Magically they couldn't find anything wrong and told me I had to pay to get it returned. Basically, holding my phone hostage. Paid up and now, 4 weeks later I'm fighting with Thai Customs to get it imported. Have paid over half the value of the phone. Strange cos there was no customs involvement when it initially got delivered. No mention of the fact revibe Thailand is in fact in no way connected to Thailand and that returns would not just cost me, but be basically my responsibility. Absolute con.
