Had a great experience in the end! (Laser Wart Removal). I originally went in thinking i’d be spending less then I did. Just because I wasn’t aware i’d have to pay a certain price per wart, instead of a fixed price.
However, the team were extremely kind & cared for all my needs perfectly.
The laser was quick & only slightly painful in the moment. The surgeon was very nice & let me know exactly what I needed to do afterwards.

Quickly seen and same day removal of cyst. Great service.

From the moment I enquired I had something removed with in the same day. They answer the phone quickly and just get everything organised.

My experience at Revitalise London was beyond exceptional and I can not recommend this clinic enough. The manager Affifa is super kind and understanding, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and in return was so comforting and helpful. Dr Bhatti is an absolute legend! He was so gentle during the procedure, answered all my questions in depth with patience and care, and is superb at his job, perfect results for me. All in all, as a team they definitely helped ease my nerves and performed brilliantly. I am so so thankful 😊

The worst and most unsettling experience I’ve ever had with a “healthcare” provider.

Let me explain what might happen if you book a consultation with Revitalise.

In my case, it was to remove a (very) large skin tag. Money is tight so I researched it thoroughly, got quotes from a few providers, and decided I would only have it removed if it was (1) safe and (2) within budget.

Revitalise is super pleasant by email. They were able to book me in quickly and shared that the £95 consultation fee would be included in the procedure if I chose to go ahead. They did not provide prices (or even a price range) when requested.

Here’s what happens when you go in.

As you’d expect, you’re greeted by people in scrubs, checked in via iPad and led to a pseudo-examination room. Everything is clean, white, some decor is marbled. The consulting doctor comes in. He asks basic questions, none invasive. He looks at the offending (in my case) skin tag. “Oh, that’s big!” Is the first thing he says. He’s right.

The doctor advises on the procedure and aftercare treatment. It’s all very simple. You say ok.

Then he heads for the door and says he’ll send the “Manager” in to discuss further steps with you.

This is when everything goes wrong.

The “Manager” is not a manager. He is a salesman, and his job is to pitch to you the generic (and unconvincing) reasons why you should pay for Revitalise’s premium service. So you listen to a 3-minute sales pitch, sitting in an examination room you were nervous to enter in the first place.

The “Manager” will not blink while he is speaking. He will not ask you how you are. He will not ask you anything unless it is about money.

He will invite his colleague in, who’s there to shadow his sales pitch (although he doesn’t call it that).

With no understanding of who you are, what you want or why you’re there, he will emphasise to you, repeatedly, about “price transparency” (even though no prices are shared with you until this point).

He’ll say they only want the very best for you. That other places will charge you nearly £1000 or undercharge you not do a proper removal. He’ll say Revitalise has a great deal, you can come in for 12 months after your appointment and get any recurring tags removed, free of charge! Because, he says it again, they want to give you the best.

But it’s a pitch. It’s like listening to a first-year business student give their oral examination. Or getting stopped on the street by an Oxfam fundraiser.

(To be fair to Oxfam, Revitalise is actually way, way worse.)

You did your research, so you tell The Manager the other prices you were quoted. He’s skeptical if your quotes are accurate.

You explain that you can’t make a big financial commitment for something that is cosmetic. He then continues a song and dance about calling his own “Manager” and explaining the situation to see if anything can be done about the price. But he assures you that nothing, absolutely nothing, could move it below £395. And he reminds you that you will never find a price this low anywhere else.

The whole time, all you are thinking is, “how did I end up here?”

You try not to cry and insist again that you can’t spend that kind of money. The Manager, who still has not blinked, says “well, it will just be the consultation fee for today, then,” and leaves the room with his intern, closing the door behind them.

You are not sure if he’s going to come back, so you wait, sitting on a cushioned examination chair, until the poor intern comes back and sheepishly says, “oh, sorry, you can leave now.”

You hold back tears as you pass reception, where a young woman with thick eyelash fillers is waiting with the card machine ready.

You pay £95 and call your husband as soon as you get out the door, unable to speak because you are crying so hard out of anger.

No amount of money is worth going through this kind of experience. I would rather keep my skin tag and pocket money and enjoy backless summer dresses than ever interact with another “healthcare provider“ like Revitalise ever again. Please be careful.

I had a concern about a hot oil burn on my face, and came to know how to proceed with treatment. Dr. Ken eased my mind and told me how to take Care of the healing stage and advised me on how to proceed to prevent scarring. Very happy and recomend.

I had a good experience taking out a lipoma on my right head side. The doctor did an amazing job and the manager was kind enough to give me a discount even though it was my first time. The other staff were very helpful too. I strongly recommend

Doctor Otuoke was exceptional and the Manager Sidra was more than receptive. My experience with Revitalise London was over the moon. Try them and you will never regret you did.

I had a small procedure carried out today, which was professional and efficient, so no complaints there, however be sure to clarify the price or at least a ball part, as they tried to charge me more than double than what i was told over the phone. I understand that its subject to a consultation, however the difference was staggering and i found this misleading.

Dr Ken and the team were so friendly and put me at ease when I got my skin tag removed. The treatment was pain free and quick! Same day was great service to remove my insecurities regarding the surgery and offered advice on what may be causing the growth to begin with!
