I used the Flora spring and the lemonade probiotic Prebiotic drink for the full trial. Unfortunately it did not work for me and my niece and we took everything everyday we have no product left and I am very grateful your customer service is issuing a full refund as promised! I ordered nine bottles of Floraspring and a month later received another three more bottles. I sent an email to the support line and explained saying I have five month's supply of Floraspring so could we stop, the order of Floraspring until September. Not cancel it but put it on hold until September. I received my reply next from Floraspring the next again day thank you so much for your quick response. At the moment everything going to plan, I have been on it for one week and I do feel it's working, I have noticed my weight and my energy improving. I would like to put a comment on trustpilot.com after three months of taking Floraspring to let people know how it's worked for me please.

I have been under too much medications. I went off of them and doubled up at the start of my trial. I think it was working & I was getting ready to re-order but saw a heart specialist. He said to stop ALL MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS for 1 month. I want to prove to him this works. But he said all supplements are chemicals and they all destroy the body. Leasa (I hope I spelt her name correctly) said she would refund my money & gave me the sales department I can call back to re-order it. She was super nice in everything!

I wasn’t even expecting to get my money back but I quickly received a most pleasant return email telling me that my money has been refunded and that I did not even need to return the product. The agent was unwilling to assist me with the refund I had expected after cancelling my order in January. I had expected a full refund as stated in your guarantee but came to discover that only one month had been refunded. I'm very disappointed in this company. Do not trust the "full refund/ no questions asked" nonsense from this company.
