Undeserving of 1 star customer service…

Undeserving of 1 star customer service and management. This company is dishonest and unethical.

I furnished the equivalent of 2 homes with this company. My dealings with staff were average until I had issues with my order (assembly errors, wrong item order errors, return/exchange requests due to sub par products) at which point staff and management were unable to provide acceptable resolutions. Instead I was further inconvenienced having to return/pick up brand new poorly assembled chairs, have my own salesmen sent to my home performing repairs on top of my brand new dining table. Or blatantly lied to about products sold to me they claimed didn’t exist. Of course no accountability was shown for this company’s mistakes. Just a lot of poor attitude and rude staff that have no concept of customer service. The end result was a feeling of total regret having spent tens of thousands of dollars. A business run this unethically is undeserving of stars.

Poor customer service and no respect to…

Poor customer service and no respect to the customer. My husband and I purchased 4 chairs at the price displayed in the store, paid for the purchase and the next day got a call from a rep stating they cannot deliver the items as the price has changed and the price displayed was only meant for the one item on the floor. The rep asked us to pay $400 more per each chair! How ridiculous! The receipt is a binding offer that should be respected by the seller. I would stay away from shopping in this store.
