Kim was one of the best customer service reps that i have ever had the pleasure in working with. Not only via RexMD but out of any venue in any industry! I was caught off guard and how much she had accomplished in such little time during our conversation. She was already executing the things we were talking about in real time. Never missing a beat. She was very pleasant to deal with very congenial and professional not to mention she has the most adorable accent, and her tone is pleasing to hear. I hope that Rex MD makes a point to treat service reps of her caliber in a way that appreciates the true value that an employee like Kim brings to a company like Rex MD. Because if they don’t, Kim, you should give me a call because I would love to have an employee that represents my company the same way that you do for Rex MD. The value an employee like Kim brings to a company far exceeds her salary, I’d assume.
