Pick up, chack-in, informations about rental conditions as well as drop off were excellent.
We have same issue with parking tickets that are under explanation...

Everything was smooth and easy... We take a car, but there was a warning lamp on the dashboard... Thay immediately change the car, gave to us a better car free of charge... For two minutes... When we drop off the car, it was finished for two minutes, without any complaining... Very, very kind staff... Thank You, great expirience!

Everything was tip top. I got into trouble and was delayed because of weather but they added no extra charge, very understanding and supportive.

Easy to use website.
All insurance options easy to see and more inclusive than some car hire providers.
But breakdown cover is for some reason inexplicably at extra cost - as all the providers are.

Price very competitive against other providers.
But all car hire in Iceland is 3 x times more expensive than The Canary Islands.
On site at the airport - make sure to exit via the correct airport exit, not the one by the international baggage claim. Blue Rental it is just behind the airport hotel.

No hassles or problems for us apart from it would have been nice if the car had been de iced (ice inside the windscreen too) before we collected it, however one of the employees promptly sorted it.

We would recommend and definitely use again if we return.

Very easy to collect even outside the opening hours with the key box. Very easy and fast drop off. Very smooth. Trully reccommend them. Hassle free and proffesional.

The staff communication was extremely cold, dry and impersonal — it felt like we were borrowing money from them rather than paying for a car rental service.
The car came with a child car seat as requested, but the seat itself was in appalling condition: heavily soiled, covered in a thick layer of dirt (as if it had been buried in soil or stored somewhere filthy for a long time), and it had a strong unpleasant odour. We didn’t even use it — just put it in the trunk and used our own car seat instead.

Very easy process from ordering to picking up and returning car.
Office is 5-10 minutes walk or shuttle bus from terminal.
Key boxes remove any need to queue at desk.

Reykjavik rental car were brilliant. Convenient, smooth pick up and drop off and clean and reliable car.

Really good communication prior to our arrival-friendly staff who thoroughly explained everything to us. Nice vehicle, easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, we had a problem with the first car but they resolved the situation very quickly and swapped the car , so we could get on our way without any problems.

The car was clean and modern. The pick up and drop off was superb. Professional offices, well organised system, friendly staff. My best car hire experience to be honest. And good value too.

Mind blowingly fast, steady and non beurocratic way of car rent.

It was very simple and easy to collect and drop off our vehicle. Customer service was amazing. The vehicle we originally chose wasn't available so we was upgraded to a better vehicle with no extra charge.

When picking the car up, I was told to enter a code into a box next door, pick up the keys and go. The car was under a foot of snow, and took a good half an hour to make the car safe to drive. The staff are not considerate at all and don’t take extreme weather conditions into account (amber snow warning 28.10.25). Brought the car back a day early because of dangerous driving conditions. No refund offered and when I asked if I could take the car out in the afternoon on the second day, I was told the car was booked out to another customer, although I technically still had the car on hire until 8pm.
