This is ridiculous.The man has just been sitting in his van for 2 hrs in my drive no joke. My poor dogs can't go near him so they have been trapped in a room for that amount of time. All in all the work is OK.

I am now having my kitchen fitted at last been waiting since 1st lockdown, the 2 plaster's that where here were polite like a laugh and very nice guy's got on with there job and cleaned up after them.
Jason the electrician is a great guy polite and very happy guy, done my kitchen with no fuss, Aaron the kitchen fitter is a great young guy got on with the kitchen no fuss nothing wasent no problem for them all.
RFT SERVICES/ FLAGSHIP SERVICES NOW.
Nothing was too much for the 4 bloke's i had doing my kitchen. Well done to you all 10/10 (100% great).

A big Thank you to Glen from RFT who sorted out our kitchen tap situation yesterday. No details but a lot going on at the time. Glen was punctual, very polite and understanding of the situation. He did a super job in quick time with no fuss.

Dont answer the phone, dont come back to start work, 12 months later still got a leaking room

We had a kitchen refit by Joe and he was a top bloke, caring polite and go the extra mile for us. Can't praise the fitter enough. Also the electrian is top bloke also going the extra mile for us. Very polite lovely people. 5stars for the blokes.

Had a bathroom refit by Mick Gouge. Brilliant man. Hardworking, friendly, and fantastic at his job. Punctual and left my bathroom clean after every work day. So pleased with the completed job. Really impressed and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service.
Recently had our kitchen refitted, and we are very happy.
Every morning they arrived punctual and got straight to work.
Very hard working, polite and respectful of our home in regards to clearing up as they went along.
The whole refit went very smoothly with as little disruption as possible.
They showed great consideration to other neighbours in regards to parking and any mess wasn't left on or around site.

Been waiting for a new kitchen for ages rang them up & was told they rang me up 2 weeks ago & no answer so they give my spot to someone else I double checked there was no missed call from them, the thing is they could of write to me, tex or email instead of 1 phone call which didn’t happen so now I’ve got to wait another 4 to 8 weeks not good enough. & receptionist ask my number then said that’s the one they rang me on so why ask for my number if she already had it
