Poor quality and poor service. Wish I read reviews before. Ordered a screen protector that cost over £25 it didn't even last a day. Marvin in customer service is awful. Wouldn't offer refund or replacement without paying additional delivery. Do not order from this company

When i got a phonecase for my iphone 11 it was extremely protective, but i recently got a phonecase for my iphone 14 plus and i dropped it recently and the case pushed back off my phone and caused the screen to crack as the front bumpers didn’t do their job.

Ordered a Starwars case and flex screen protector.

The case is just a black case with a sticker on it. I bought the case hoping it would protect my phone, the case looks like it will last less than a week. Case also doesn't protect charger port.

The flex screen protector came with no instructions, scan the QR code and you get instructions in Mandarin. The online video instructions show a previous version, had a go and it didn't go well. Waste of money and probably cannot return now.

For the cost of these items the quality is shocking. I could have bought a far better quality case and protector for a third of the cost, which unfortunately I will have to do now.

I was looking through the design options and found niniwanteds designs which I was in love with. Every other design has options in my phone type (the Samsung galaxy A54 however there were no options for niniwanteds. Is it possible for this to get changed. because if I am going to pay almost 40 quid on a phonecase I at least want it to be in a design that I really like. many thanks

Really terrible quality. Images are not embossed or part of the phone case itself - instead it's a sticker which bubbles and wears really quickly. Avoid.

Genuinely, genuinely, genuinely love this case. My phone is one that it's hard to find nice, custom, professional, high-quality cases for outside of rhinoshield, and aside from the long delivery time (seriously, I was expecting it to be long and they definitely exceeded my expectations) I have absolutely no complaints. The case looks lovely, has lasted to a high quality for a while, and keeps my phone absolutely free from cracks or damage. The cases fit the phones really well so you don't even really need to get the additional things like a screen or camera protector because just the case does such a good job.

If you're getting it for a gift then order well in advance, but otherwise they'll be very happy with their new high-quality case.

The promised delivery timescales are incorrect . The product is shipped from Taiwan so takes longer than they promise. The screen protector does not come with instructions. So you have to find a video to assist with installation - why not put a link in the packaging? The QR code on the packaging does not work. I did report it to customer services who admitted it was incorrect .I should also add that the screen protector does not allow fingerprint recognition despite many attempts to reregister fingerprints with it on. Now removed and getting a Samsung approved one.
Overall not a great experience .

Firstly, great quality case and excellent customer service.
Tammy and Kol have been the best customer service agents I have experienced.
The case fits perfectly and the design is excellent. I recommend the Solidsuit for the iPhone over any Apple case.

The issue I had was with Royal Mail who still have the 2 cases previously sent. RhinoShield sent a third case at no extra cost and it arrived on time via DPD.

To avoid Royal Mail, order from their EU site to the UK.

I don't know where those bad reviews came from but something does not sound right for me.
I have been using Rhinoshield cases since using an iPhone 7, so for a quite a few years now.

I have never been disappointed with the protection these cases gave me.
I might not be the perso who drops his phone too often but my kids and wife definitely are and they also use the Rhinoshield cases.
Thanks to these cases all the phones in the family have always been in pristine condition.
Additionally the lifetime warranty is truly a lifetime one. My son recently broke the case on his iPhone 7, (cracked the corner) the case was still protecting the device though.
It has been replaced without a faff.
Fantastic customer service!!

The phone cover is too robust . the inside of which is honeycombe design . it ate into the soft metal of my phone , ruining both ends .
I was offered a replacement, but had to pay postage !
my wife phone case is in need of replacement, it’s safe to say she won’t be buying a Rhinoshield case

I spent £120 and paid an extra £10 for delivery in 1-3 days. Still not received 9 days later and the tracking isn’t even active. Order from elsewhere they are jokers.

I ordered a case for my son for his birthday and i am still waiting on delivery after 14 days. I had been in touch with Jonathan from Rhinoshield and asked for a refund but now he is ignoring my emails. Going to have to try and get my money back from Credit Card :(

I have ordered from them twice. The first time I was sent an incredibly bad quality case, the design on the back peeled off after one fall. The screen protector I received was also made very poorly, immediately denting and tearing as it is made of some sort of poor quality plastic. Everything was not made accurately to size and incredibly annoying to install. The second time, I ordered two camera panel protectors, both of which did not have any adhesive on them.

I’m afraid I cannot recommend the NX Rhinoshield standard phone case. After a few months use, the edges are stretched out, and when it slides off a sofa onto carpet, the corner of the phone pops out. I did get in touch, and after providing evidence, they offered to replace it under guarantee (if I paid an admin fee and delivery fee which equates to nearly a third maybe of the original case cost) or to provide a 15% off code to the new MagSafe cases (which have solid backs) which would’ve been like buying almost two of the old cases. Overall, I’ve lost trust in this model as I don’t think it will protect my phone—it’s a shame as I’ve used this brand for years—but this is why I chose not pay the admin fee and postage costs on the replacement offered under guarantee, and as these cases are expensive I thought I’d share my experience with others.

Quick and efficient communication with the Customer Care Team, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Really laughable that I paid £30 for the solidsuit lavender case for my S23 ultra.
Omg what a piece of cheap tack!!!
I already had ( & still have) a brilliant hard back clear back protector which showcases the lavender colour on the s23, which is 100 times better than the absolute joke that is solidsuit and looks so classy.
Whether it's ' magsafe' or not, I would not put it anywhere near my phone- wouldn't trust it as far as I could throw it.
I did try it on the phone & the buttons are so ill fitted they barely worked properly.
I cannot believe this company are getting away with marketing this product as ' military grade '

Terrible company the shipping times are a joke! They say 3-5 days it’s been nearly a month since I sent my order and I still Don’t have it.

I first came across their products following Jerryrig Everything in Youtube and was impressed enough to try them out and buy. That was in my iPhone 6s. Ever since, every phone I’ve had (4 since then) has had rhino shield protection. I cannot recommend this company enough. The life time warranty I think more than justifies the cost of the products and that’s with a big IF you need to use it. The customer service and support team are always top tier, efficient and knowledgeable. Most recently I had a crack in my 9H screen protector, I contacted them and Jonathan provided me a link to a free replacement covered by their lifetime warranty so all I needed was cover the shipping (£5). He further added 15% off anything else I’d like to add to the order and as it happened a family member ordered a new phone recently so this was very welcome. Myself and my family and friends will continue to use Rhinoshield for every new device or upgrade we have. Thank you again for an exceptional experience!

Firstly the company wasn’t bad 2 years ago, however now the materials are cheaper the prints are appalling won’t last any real length of time and firmaments not as described. I purchased AirPod pro 2 case, arrived and firstly the feel was cheap but thought let’s try it on the fitment was purely shocking. Clearly not as described or faulty so emailed the company response send a video my response nope I’m within my 14 days the item is faulty. I then got a massive load of garbage saying I’m paying for postage stick a little letter in so we know it’s you if it goes missing you’re liable. Well that wasn’t going to happen explained as item faulty/ not as described yiu the company must arrange return as per any purchase agreement within the EU. Unfortunately after that my emails from the company stopped they have no interest in helping the video of what he said the phone case? Wrong item completely didn’t even order a phone case was not going to happen. The massive statement he gave was basically you agreeing if item arrives or not your not guaranteed refund very poorly worded but the big sentences gave away their intentions. Personally their cool colabs not official btw same kinda colab as primark cheap and nasty not work the risk of your hard earned cash. If you have ordered in the last like me it’s not the same quality as before and you would get the same of wish just wait a bit longer for same rubbish. I wouldn’t recommend the company I wouldn’t recommend the customer service who emailed me at 2am all in AVOID im slightly out of pocket and now I want to make sure no one else gives their money to this poor excuse of a company.

The delivery lead times are just a flat-out lie. Ordered and it clearly said 3-5 days delivery. Only to receive an email about 3 days after ordering saying 3-5 days after you receive the tracking number. I didn't receive my tracking number until 10 days after ordering. Then I had to wait another 3 days for it to be delivered. Such a shame because the case itself it very good quality.
