My £14 order was subject to £34 worth of import taxes.

In the end I’m £20 (inc Shipping) out of pocket and the customer service was helpless

The best thing about this, I ordered the exact thing the week before. No shipping issues but the product was broke within a week (Camera Lense Protector)

** Update I have since recieved a refund for the product out of the blue which would have been a fair resolution if communicated by their support, overall poor experience **

I would avoid buying from this company. Their delivery time estimates are a flat out lie. My confirmation clearly says “delivery 2-5 days” it’s not until you make an order they tell you that this estimate is AFTER you receive the tracking number. Any europe bought custom/collaboration case is made in Taiwan, then sent their main centre in Europe, then finally to your destination country then to you. Please be aware of this before you order as it’s very misleading.

If you are thinking about buying the AirPod case make sure you want it on for the rest of those AirPods life. Their cases are far too tight and the way they recommend taking the case off will just break or damage your charger.
I had to completely scratch the lower half of my AirPods charging case trying to remove it as it’s been on there for so long it’s just nasty to look at. I had to literally pry the thing off as the method they give does not work at all. So in my opinion if you like changing up your cases or just thinking if you want one and want to try it. Buy a silicon one that way you won’t regret your purchase.

But I’ll give it credit where due the protectiveness does it’s job. It just looks big bulky and nasty when it gets abit old and has scratches they are very prominent.

Disgusting customer service poor quality products. I am absolutely shocked by the way customers are treated. I work in a phoneshop and we treat customers with respect and reward loyalty. I would never order from this place ever again there are much better offerings by better company's such as mous and many more.

Do not buy from RhinoShield they are terrible I recently ordered a grip mini and a case from them and only found out when it kept falling off that the grip mini is not suitable for the case I bought which wasn’t made clear (especially being that they sell both items) you’d think it would be made clearer but no. Also I have many times tried to contact customer service with absolutely no luck just generic emails that go nowhere also their cases aren’t anything special either very over hyped will not be buying again

I had left a review on Rhinoshield France as it shipped from there but they have since pushed me to change or delete it as I am from the uk which is strange as it ships from France and they only seem (judging by other terrible reviews) only respond on the France trust pilot one which is likely why they only want good reviews to remain on the France one, in essence this company as a whole are very dodgy and scammers

Shipping took time (nearly a month) which is understandable but what's disappointing was the print quality on the case

I ordered a dragon ball z case for my pixel 7 pro which I was really looking forward to. Barely 1 month in and the print design is peeling off! For something that is nearly £40 that is disgraceful.

To pay for shipping yourself for a replacement is not worth it especially if you have to wait least a month. Won't be buying another case sadly.

This is the worst company that I've dealt with. I ordered my item on the 18th of November and until today 26 December my parcel has not arrived... it's been more than a month since the parcel was ordered. Contacted customer service they say will reship the parcel but then again the parcel went missing. I am really disappointed with Rhinoshield and will never order things from them again. Everyone need to think twice before ordering...

I bought a Rhinoshield for my previous phone. It fell horizontally onto a tiled floor and two corners of the screen fractured. I stopped using the case.

When I bought my new phone it came with a Rhinoshield and I thought they must have improved the design. I ordered a new case but the one which was sent was the wrong colour (rose gold!). I forgot to order a new one. Last night my phone slipped through my fingers, landed on a corner and the screen shattered.

This product does not protect phones. It gives a false sense of security. I am totally disappointed and would actively advise people NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The products of this retailer are pure trash!!! Expensive, overpriced and cheap quality!!! Never buy again!!!!

The inside of the case has an aggressive honeycombe structure which damaged the soft metal of my i Phone on both top and bottom.
The phone was new , but now is damaged.
I contacted customer services who acknowledged my problem and offered to send an identical replacement, and charge me postage for it !
A contribution to the damage would have been better.
I wont be purchasing this type of case again......

Absolutely terrible company. Placed my order for an iPhone 14 pro max case at the beginning of September. Website stated delivery would be early October. I get an email saying there is a delay and delivery would be before 17th October. My iPhone arrived 1st October so I haven’t been able to use it to date. 17th October arrives, still no phone case. I emailed a shirty email saying if there was a further delay, to cancel my order. I received a reply today saying it would have been shipped out today but they cancelled the order anyway. Unbelievable!!

customising what you want from their web page is more difficult than rocket science. last one hour i spent try to do something to buy but it is that much confusing where to finish and start

Ive been using Rhinoshield for years now and they have never let me down. I had trouble with a watch screen protector emailed them and a great guy named Kol just sent me two more free of charge no questions asked. In retrospect the problems.. (bubbles) was my fault, there is a technique to it which involves lifting one end of the screen and squeegeeing down from the middle, then raise the other end and repeat and its perfect first time. I love the customisability... unlike some reviewers I've had no trouble with customer service, always getting next day emails. These cases are tough, I've dropped mine like everyone else and have no discernible damage. Unlike cheeper coloured cases these are not a thin veneer over hard plastic which scratches and chips at the lightest knock. Its great to change around the coloured bumpers and buttons to suit your self. (Note to Rhinoshield... please extend the replaceable buttons to the watch cases). Finally people keep complaining about the delivery time... they come from France, originally from Taiwan but I expect they carry good stock in France, there is a delay although you can get next day delivery on Amazon. Let's be clear about two things... the delivery time is made clear on the web site.Just read it! And.... whining about delivery times which is what a lot of these reviews are about is NOT reviewing the product! If the case is cracking regularly in a certain spot, or the same thing is reviewed as damaging easily then write about that. I'm sure that kind of feedback will help improve future products and their R & D have something tangible to work with. The product is not it took blah blah days to arrive! The product is what is on your arm or phone. So lets try to be constructive.This a fantastic product, the best I’ve used and I’ve tried a lot. So I initially bought my case a year ago. I thought it had been doing its job well. Phone seemed protected, no issues. Have dropped it a couple times, from no more than a meter's height and it was all hunky dory. I thought 'great!, this was worth the expensive price tag'. I even recommended the company.
However, today is the first day I have taken my phone out if the case as I needed to scan my passport which wouldn't work with the case on.
Only to find, that the entire back of my Samsung phone was smashed to bits!!!!!! It had never protected my phone. I just couldn't see where the damage was. Super pissed off and now worried my phone will get more damaged as this case clearly was never doing its job.

Awful product, and terrible aftercare. Wanted me to pay £12 to have a replacement item sent to me when there prodcut with a lifetime guarantee failed. Only to be told its in the terms and conditions.

The bumper around the phone eventually stretches until it is so loose you can slot a coin between the top of the phone and bumper. Leading it to be pretty useless as protection. Given how expensive it is, i expected it to last longer. AVOID

Bought these as I thought 'expensive = better'. The case isn't flush with the phone. They told me it's supposed to be like that. The back of my phone cracked after simply being in my pocket (I assuming coming into contact with keys). The front screen completely smashed when i dropped it on kitchen tiles once. Absolutely appalling product. Completely ruined a new phone because I thought they would be "Military Standard"

Got a case for my Huawei p30 Pro and after few drops my screen is cracked as the case wasn't tight enough and now need to look for a new phone.
Nothing beats the UAG.
Never again Rhinoshield

Cancelled the order due to "copyright" even though no violations were made and the designs didn't brake copyright. At least it was a full refund.
