Final Notice – Return Request for Order #7143085

Dear Rude Customer Support,

I am writing regarding Order #7143085.

This is my final attempt to resolve this issue before escalating it further.

I did not receive the product that I originally ordered. Additionally, the items sent to me do not match my skin type and are not suitable for use. This situation is unacceptable.

Under consumer protection laws applicable in the State of Illinois, you are required to provide a return label and process a refund once the returned products are received. Your refusal to do so, along with ignoring my previous messages, is a clear violation of these rights.

At this point, I demand one of the following actions immediately:

Provide a return shipping label so I can send the incorrect items back and receive a full refund, OR
Issue a full refund without requiring a return if you do not wish to provide a return label

Please note that I actively use platforms such as Trustpilot to evaluate companies, and I will not hesitate to publicly share my experience with your store. I will also raise awareness of this situation to ensure other customers are informed.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and take further action as necessary.

High Quality items and great customer service

I’ve ordered from rhode many times and never had any problems, the products are high quality, and long lasting- I’m still to get through a blush! In my most recent order, an item was missing, I contacted their customer support team and received a response quickly and within 24 hours the replacement product was on its way.

The worst customer service

1 star is more than I would like to give. No items recieved, shipping company have confirmed via email they have lost the parcel. Rhode wants nothing to do with it and their customer service is absolutely disgusting. The worst customer experience I've ever had!! Will never use again!!

Fantastic products

I have so many of lip treatments, tints, liners and blushes and I absolutely love them all.
