Prolonged delivery delay

I placed an order on 8 January that failed due to a courier issue not caused by me. A replacement was issued, but it missed its own delivery window and remained delayed for weeks with no clear timeline.

Customer service responses were polite but largely generic, with no proactive updates and repeated advice to “wait another week” or sign up for notifications, even after nearly a month had passed.

While I like the brand and was genuinely excited about my order, this experience showed a lack of accountability and poor handling of delivery issues for international customers. After waiting far beyond a reasonable timeframe, I ultimately had to request a refund.
Disappointing experience overall, especially given the price point and brand image.

Love the products & customer service <3

Apart from absolutely loving the Glazing Milk & pocket blushes, placing an order was simple, shipping was fast & when one of the items in my order was missing, they got back to me super quickly and we’re prompt with sending me the missing item. 10/10 customer service!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service and beautiful products! I had an issue with my delivery, and the Rhode team handled it quickly and professionally. They were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. I absolutely love their products and will definitely continue ordering. Highly recommend!

Smooth communication 🫶🏽

My first order could not be delivered because my address was entered incorrectly. When I reported the problem, a new package was sent to me immediately, which I finally received today. The communication and the resolution of the issue were flawless. I will definitely order again. Thank you for everything.

product is ok but overpriced for the…

product is ok but overpriced for the formula and better products like ole henrickson's lip gloss etc the packaging is well designed even if they aren't the highest quality material.

No response to lost delivery

I ordered three items as part of a Christmas present. Evri have confirmed that they have lost the parcel, but rhode does not respond to emails or only provides template responses of "wait a further three days" when using their contact form.

Is rhode a scam? I will never order from them again! Terrible customer service

I may be biased but Rhode is worth it!

I may be biased because I am currently studying Rhode's marketing strategies through neuroscience, and I have to say I love what they're doing; however, I've been using their products since 2024, and even before this study, I fell in love with their blushes and glazing milk formula. I have tried dupes; however, nothing works on your skin like Rhode does. The finishing touch from the blush?! The smoothness from the glazing milk?! Honestly, no wonder it's my favorite brand. I wish they had more products that I could use. One thing worth mentioning is their customer service. I had a question recently about a purchase and shipment in the EU, and they responded within a day and a half. I am still waiting for my order, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. That said, Rhode deserves all the hype they're constantly getting. From the online shopping experience to customer service and product, they're excellent and worth purchasing.
