My favorite was the lip products. I didnt like the way that peptide fluid was so I threw it away, also the bottle was small. The barrier butter is such a luxurious hotel-esque amazing product, I recommend! My initial reaction with the glazing milk is that it left my Asian skin stinging (I have porcelain skin) ...But after a while my skin got used to and liked glazing milk

Order never arrived
I ordered two products on December 12th from the Rhode UK website but the order never arrived. Rhode doesn’t refund my order, even though the tracking says it hasn’t been delivered. Seems like the parcel got lost in transit but the customer service keeps telling me to wait it out.
I was very happy
I was very happy to have the shipment granted at a delivery point so that I didn't have to concern whether I was to wait at home or not: that really made my day! I was just a little concerned because of the delay in the shipment, it took a little more than the usual time, but the customer care team was magnificent as usual and gave me a perfect assistance. Don't use Express Checkout & Bad customer support
Did the express checkout and payed via PayPal. After weeks of not hearing anything regarding the shipping, I wrote the support.
The support is unable to find my order and is always asking for the same stuff I already provided. It feels like they trained an AI to help you in the customer support, to save money. But the problems is they trained it to write like a 14 year old girl. It's nice when you are also a 14 year old girl. But if you need real support it does not help you at all.
Items not arrived. Terrible after sale service
Ordered gifts on 11/12 for Christmas. Had no feedback other to say order received. Chased after one week and kept getting told delivery was on its way. Then told would be here by 23-25 December. Still not arrived and it’s evening of 26/12!!!! No apologies!
Never received my order.
I have already contacted Rhode customer service multiple times regarding my order, and have only had a silly response stating I need to wait 3 more working days for the order to be shipped out. Please bear in mind I made sure I ordered this in plenty of time for Christmas, nowhere on the website did it state my order would not arrive in time for Christmas, in fact it said delivery would be 3-5 working days, and possibly an extra 3 working days during the busy Christmas period. This order was placed on the 1st December. I waited 13 working days for my order to be shipped out, which is absolutely shocking and I was not notified at all of the delay, and this is not what was paid for when selecting a delivery option. I still have not received this order. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the customer service. Throughout the busy Christmas period and no point have they stated on the website how long delivery to the UK is taking, in fact it stated 1-3 working days which is absolutely not true and false advertising. 26 days later I still have not received my order and is still in the country of origin (USA). I have had absolutely no response regarding the timeframe of expected delivery of my order. I no longer want this, I just want my money back, this order was a total of £65. I am disgusted. Stay away!!
very disappointing experience with Rhode France
I placed an online order on November 17th. About a week later, the tracking number showed that my order had been delivered, which was completely false. I never received the package, nor did I receive any notification by email or SMS, which is mandatory to collect a parcel from a Point Relais.
After contacting customer support, they sent the order a second time on December 15th. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again. I received no delivery notification by email or SMS, and when I checked the tracking number, it said the package was delivered on December 24th to the Point Relais.
I personally went to the Point Relais, and they confirmed that no parcel had arrived in my name.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially because this was a very expensive order. After two failed deliveries, I still have no products and no clear explanation. Honestly, I don’t understand what is going on with Rhode France, but this experience has been awful and very stressful.
I would not recommend ordering unless this delivery issue is seriously addressed.
Terrible delivery time
Ordered 3december as Christmas gift. Took until 16dec to send the order. It’s still not delivered! Orders takes time in transport of course but 13 days to send is way to bad!!
Terrible customer support
This has been the most annoying website I've ordered from, and impossible to contact/cancel the order. Absolutely terrible. No cancelation even though I just placed the order, so it obviously hasn't shipped or even begun the production or fulfillment process. I tried emailing, and I got a return email saying I can't contact their email. I tried using the contact us button on the website, which, shocker didnt work.
No package and no customer service
I ordered on 1st December for a birthday present and they shipped 10 days later (despite saying 1 to 3 businesses days) so we missed the birthday. Now it looks like it won't be here for Christmas either. The package is now sitting in a warehouse for 9 days. Evri website says if a package hasn't moved in 7 days the sender should get in touch with them. Rhode have no interest in doing this, instead they send irrelevant autoresponse emails with suggestions like "sign up for shipping updates" . Frustrating waste of time and money

This order was placed on December 16 with the intention of having it before Christmas. I received no shipping updates and only after reaching out was I told to wait another three days, putting Christmas delivery at risk. If an item is unlikely to arrive in time, that should be clearly communicated upfront. Very disappointed with the experience.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from them on 1st December as a Xmas gift and as of 18th December, I’m still yet to receive any meaningful update on when my order will be shipped, let alone delivered.
Contacted customer service to get an update and they said to wait an additional 3 business days for the order to be processed.. sent a follow up email asking if this would arrive before Xmas and they responded saying they couldn’t find any orders relating to my email and to send the order number??? Like are they not reading previous emails??? Anyway, sent them what they requested and they sent THE EXACT SAME email as the original response, stating to wait an additional 3 business days, bearing in mind this was now 5 whole days since I sent out the original email requesting an update.
I sent out a few more emails but it was mostly the same useless false hope nonsense.
They clearly don’t have actual people on customer service and instead use a very old automated chat bot.
Avoid ordering from their site and go in-store instead!

You will see below that a lot of the positive reviews are contradictory:
“The package came quick and if anything problems came up they repsonded quick and everything is great and I am very happy with my order”
(If the package came quick and you are happy with your order, then why did you have to engage with customer services with any problems?)
“ I am very happy with Rhode and their services. Even if problems occur they try to resolve the situation and they respond quickly. I am customer for over three years and so far I had only once an issue but it got resolved fast and my order arrived the next day.”
(Again, there’s a theme here — the customer is very happy with Rhode yet they go on to say if “problems” occur they try to resolve the situation yet according to this customer they have only ever once had an issue!)
I’ll leave consumers to work out the rest but it’s clear the reviews are trying to convince people that there isn’t an issue with Rhode or customer services and that they are helpful and resolve issues, yet at the same time express how pleased they were with orders arriving quickly without any issues.
Don’t risk your well earned money buying from Rhode. I’m still waiting for my order placed at the end of November but fortunately my bank have agreed to step in and investigate Rhode.

Never order from Rhodes if you actually want to receive your products. I really wish I had listened to other reviews about how bad the customer service and delivery is.
All I’ve got is a genetic response from customer services telling me to wait 2 more days, then 3 more days, then a further 3 days. Again today, their response …. wait 3 more days.
Thru don’t give me a refund for what was a substantial order and they won’t provide any meaningful justification or update.
The announcement they put out about shipping, whereby they advised customers that all orders made before the 7 December had been despatched is not the case. Given my order was made on the 1 December and still not dispatched.
What’s really disappointing is the lack of customer care. Especially given the time of year. They must be aware that people will be buying gifts for friends and family.
I will never order again and be sure to warn others not to risk it. Too much stress and hassle.
