Never order from Rhodes if you actually want to receive your products. I really wish I had listened to other reviews about how bad the customer service and delivery is.

All I’ve got is a genetic response from customer services telling me to wait 2 more days, then 3 more days, then a further 3 days. Again today, their response …. wait 3 more days.
Thru don’t give me a refund for what was a substantial order and they won’t provide any meaningful justification or update.

The announcement they put out about shipping, whereby they advised customers that all orders made before the 7 December had been despatched is not the case. Given my order was made on the 1 December and still not dispatched.

What’s really disappointing is the lack of customer care. Especially given the time of year. They must be aware that people will be buying gifts for friends and family.

I will never order again and be sure to warn others not to risk it. Too much stress and hassle.

Love the brand so much. Great products. I had an issue with the delivery but the customer support was great and very helpful

The package came quick and if anything problems came up they repsonded quick and everything is great and I am very happy with my order

Delivery dates falsely advertised. States items dispatched within 3 days. Its been 7 days and item still not dispatched and haven't been advised as to when the item can be expected. If delivery times cannot be met then companies should not falsely advertise them. Not impressed at all I doubt I would ever order from them again.

I honestly love Rhode products so much. Great packaging, quality products, amazing design. Quick and helpful replies from their customer service. My fav beauty brand.

No product or refund ............

I am very happy with Rhode and their services. Even if problems occur they try to resolve the situation and they respond quickly. I am customer for over three years and so far I had only once an issue but it got resolved fast and my order arrived the next day.

Easy to contact and quick to respond. They truly care about ensuring customer satisfaction. The products are excellent, and the customer service is even better.

Ordered a week ago and it said it would take 4 days to ship out and there is still no update and customer service is just horrible not giving me any answers or when it will be sent out

Bad customer service, lack of care and just send you automated messages to dismiss any issues or concerns.

I was struggling to locate my package, turns out the courier had returned the package to Rhode, I emailed rhode and they helpfully sent out a new order for me within a few days.

When I had a problem, the rhode team responded very quickly and explained everything to me :)

I reached out to Rhode’s customer service to cancel an order. I received an answer within five hours, letting me know that they had contacted the warehouse. My request was fulfilled in less than 24 hours. Everything was very quick and the customer service was very effective even though my order had been placed a few days prior.

The rhode customer service team were so so helpful and nice when my package got lost in the mail, and were there for the whole process. They responded within a day and were really there for every concern i had. overall no complaints at all they were polite, nice and helpful. 10/10

Excellent and fast help with canceling an order. I ordered the wrong product, but they were able to stop it in time. A quick response and refund were received within two days.

The best site ever! I own an iPhone 17 pro max but ordered the wrong cover. They were able to immediately cancel my order and refund. I ended up getting the right one!

I was genuinely panicking when my order arrived missing. I’m a huge fan of Rhode, and since this was a limited-edition item that had already sold out, I thought there was no chance of sorting it out. When I contacted the Rhode team, I honestly wasn’t expecting much but you really came through and kept me in the Rhode squad. I truly appreciate how reassuring and kind you were throughout.

It’s the fourth time I order something from rhode, and I’m always satisfied by their products, maybe the spedition should be faster but for the rest it’s all amazing and I love every of their products: skincare is fastastic and it makes your skin so hydrated and glowy, the blushes and lip tint and lip contour are magnificent.
