Response to queries was very quick and effective. The lab sent a sample kit to my home to save me having to travel to their site. This arrived within a few days of me making the request. Instructions to follow were clear. Results within 2 weeks of sending the samples back to the lab. All in all, very impressed.

My initial visit to this clinic was outstanding. The team was not only accommodating in squeezing me in for an appointment but also provided great assistance. Opting for their services directly helped me save some money. Highly recommended!

I got recommended to go directly to the RIC for my immune blood testing as I live in South London and I’m really pleased I did as I unexpectedly saved around £500 by going directly.
The staff were incredibly friendly and communication from Sree via email to book in and then to let me know my results had been sent to my consultant was much faster and easier than expected.
When I arrived I got greeted by name straight away and got seen as soon as I got there, even though I was early. The blood draw was painless and the nurse was lovely. This is a far cry from some of the services I’ve been used to on what has been a long and frustrating recurring miscarriage journey so I just want to thank them for putting me at ease and answering all the questions I had.

The service provided by RIC was beyond excellent. I was recommended by my consultant to contact the team directly for a full immunology panel. I did and got a very prompt response from Sree answering all my questions and shortly I had an appointment for a blood draw with a time and day that suited me. As soon as I arrived Sree and the phlebotomist(sorry I didn’t catch her name) was immediately attentive, friendly and professional. I’ve had trouble in the past with people drawing my blood, especially with all the testing I’ve had done for recurrent miscarriage so I warned the phlebotomist that my veins may be difficult. She didn’t struggle at all and was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had with no issues during or after. 2 days later I had an email from Sree saying my results were ready and forwarded to my consultant. For a complex test the turn around time was faster than some of the more basic tests I’ve had done. It’s also a massive help that we saved about £500 by contacting the lab directly for a test that will give us the answers that we need.

The team at RIC were so helpful when I reached out directly, they kindly put me in touch with a great fertility specialist, thanks to everyone involved I have found answers to ongoing infertility and recurrent loss. I now have hope for the future. Thank you so much for everything!

Sree was very helpful and always responded quickly to my emails, which was very much appreciated. I feel the testing offered by the RIC is more comprehensive compared with what is offered elsewhere. I was also impressed by the turnaround time of around 3 days. I would recommend the RIC to anyone in the unfortunate position to need immune testing.

The RIC, and particularly Sree, have been so responsive to queries, despite how busy they must be. They have made the NK cell sample taking and return process so simple and straightforward and saved me a journey from the north east down to London. I can’t recommend them enough. The turnaround time from receiving the sample to processing it was also so quick. Thank you!

Really fast and helpful service

I was referred by my consultant to the RIC for a series of NK blood tests. The process to book an appointment and have the bloods taken was incredibly easy. The staff were highly approachable and friendly and always quick to reply with any queries I had.

Straight forward instruction and supportive staff.

It was my first time using this clinic after being suggested by my Consultant to go there directly. I must say Brian is fantastic, he responds to all communications promptly and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Brian organised a suitable time for both myself & the nurse (Ruth) who visits once/wk and they were very flexible to my times also. When I arrived at the clinic Brian was expecting me & made me feel welcome which is great when you are coming to such an appointment for IVF treatment which can often be an anxious time. Nurse Ruth took my bloods & she was also extremely friendly & talked to me to keep my mind off having my bloods taken which I really don't like & she gave me the most gentle & painless blood draw I have had throughout my 6 year fertility journey. Finally more people need to use this clinic because you save approx £500 as compared through going through your private clinic who actually send your sample to this clinic anyway!! I found my first experience with this clinic an excellent one not only were the staff very helpful they were also flexible to fit me in and offer me an appointment. I have also saved some money by going directly to them would definitely recommend.
