Very low quality 'ribeyes'
The most recent 'ribeye' steaks I got have been very disappointing, and it's not even a proper ribeye cut. The fat cap was missing, the shape was flat and not the typical oblong shape, and it had lots of tough connective tissue. I threw away most of it.
This cut seemed more like chuck eye or round loin instead of ribeye. I've had the same order before, and it was fine, but now the quality has gone to zero. Also, honestly, I will think twice before ever ordering from the ribeye club again. The piece of meat they delivered to me, whatever it was, shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.
