Great service from Richard Kendall
Great service from Richard Kendall — my property sold quickly, with the whole process from going on the market to completion taking around three months in total.
The initial setup was a little slow and required some chasing to get the photos completed, uploaded online, and made available on the property websites, but after that the process ran smoothly. Emily Dunbar was helpful throughout and always responded promptly to both myself and the buyer.

I've recently bought my first property and the staff at RK were really good. I mainly dealt with Emily Dunbar and I must say she was very helpful and professional. I had a few questions along the way so I emailed Emily and she was very responsive and answered all my questions in a clear manner, All in all it was a positive experience.

We had a tough sale and purchase due to buyer pulling out but Richard Kendall found us a new buyer and we ended up with our dream house. Excellent Service from RK
Excellent Service from RK listed our house with quality pictures, communications throughout and with a personal service from Emily Dunbar at the Wakefield branch , it took all the stress away from our sale. We did have minor issues but these were chase proactively every day with status given throughout.
I can't recommend RK enough and especially Emily who went above and beyond.

We went with Richard Kendall as we had used them in the past. We did have a couple more quotes but they were more expensive. Our property consultant Emily Dunbar was brilliant. She was always available when we had questions. We were phoned and updated every week even if there was nothing to report, so we were never left wondering what was happening. She really did make it a very painless process. We would definitely recommend.

We took the decision to move estate agents and use Richard Kendal after our house listing had no viewings. We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic!
Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

We have been trying to sell out for two years with a different estate agent. We made the decision to change to Richard Kendall’s a few months ago. Right from the start we had nothing but first class service. Especially from Elizabeth Cooke who was our designated contact. She is the most friendly, conscientious, professional person. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We spoke several times a week with updates and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing.
I always felt like I was chatting with a friend.
I can also commend the rest of the team in the Wakefield office for their professionalism when and knowledge when Liz was not there.

Bought our house 20yrs ago through Richard Kendal. The whole experience was very positive. Right from putting in an offer, organising our mortgage and keeping us up to speed.

Customer Service and Renter Rights advice
I have attended as a private landlord, webinars and had conversations (with Matt) from the organisation on the upcoming renter rights act and the implications of it. I can only say their approach to offering support to people impacted by this legislation has been nothing short of faultless. I work as a Trainer delivering skills and content from customer services to sales and technical knowledge up and down the country to various organisations where the subject of customer service often comes up. My personal experiences across various organisations in various sectors is that customer service throughout the UK generally speaking is poor to say the least. However for an organisation to spend time sharing knowledge with people who may not be directly customer of theirs is wonderful to see and helps to restore your faith that there are decent companies out there, and I would have to say Richard Kendall's is one of those. I will certainly be using these guys as an example of what a shining light of excellent dedication to customers is. Thank you for the support and advice you have provided and if I lived closer to the areas you operate in, I would have no hesitation of using these guys. Their professionalism, approach and dedication to support their customers is what a lot of organisations could learn from, well done to all and please keep up the great work.
