Elizabeth Cooke is professional
Elizabeth Cooke is professional, diligent, and obviously takes pride in her work. On top of this she is always cheerful and has a very pleasant manner.
I requested Elizabeth to deal with the sale of my house, and I am so very glad that I did. She made the whole process much easier because of her very regular updates on progress and actions done by herself and others. Extremely pleasant, would definately request her again if I was using Richard Kendall and would highly recommend her personally. She is a credit to the company and her profession.

Karen Marijewko was a star during the conveyancing process. The solicitors were poorly performing but she managed to push through the conveyancing, keeping them on their toes at all time. Thanks Karen.

Richard Kendall Saved The Chain
With the benefit of Hindsight, Richard Kendall was the right choice, as I fear any other estate agent would have failed to complete this chain.
The team worked between my sale and onward purchase with true professional grit, helping smooth the process through. They managed the whole chain, not just the properties they were responsible for and leveraged their years of industry experience to get answers other estate agents would have failed to do so.
The whole chain would have collapsed without Richard Kendall, and specifically Elizabeth Cooke and Emily Dunbar, so when looking for an Estate Agent, consider who is going to step in to help if it goes wrong.
