Over the last 25+ years, I have specialized in delivering complex, “bleeding-edge” Information Technology projects. I have been running my own business as a freelance IT consultant for over 20 of these years. During my career, I have supported in excess of 60 organisations around the world, including global, household names, SMEs, NGOs, and start-ups. I have worked in the majority of industries. I have delivered projects in most departments within an organisation. More specifically, across my wealth of engagements I have consistently led teams and departments, and honed my coaching-based leadership style. I have also coached and mentored numerous individuals ranging from C-suite executives, to team leads and graduates.

Fantastic through and through ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic through and through. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started sessions with Richard a few months back and he has been extremely helpful in helping me understand how to operate to my full potential in a complex domain.

Richard ensured physiological safety at every session where I was able to share my views and experience and worked through these to better understand how to influence and achieve the right outcomes.

I will be continuing my sessions with Richard where I look forward to strengthening my skill set and using the sessions as an opportunity to pause and reflect.

Quality coaching

Quality coaching
Richard's coaching was outstanding. Richard always approached the sessions with a calm demeaner, where nothing that I brought was too insignificant to discuss and work through. I've found the sessions super helpful in my professional life and has given me a fresh perspective on some of my challenges, and my response to them. Would definitely recommend.
